UPDATE: Two things first… I received a letter from Talbots office stating he backs his front office staff. Ok so you back rudeness. And second the attorney Ken Gomley I went with was WONDERFUL. I tried to schedule many months ago but I was told I had to be denied before I could be schedule for an appointment. So when I did finally get denied I called back to schedule and spoke to Susan who was so rude. I told her I was going through some stressful stuff and I didn't appreciate her being rude. And that I thought it would be best for me to go somewhere else. She said fine with her and hung up the phone on me. I really hope the attorney realizes it is so IMPORTANT how your treated by the person answering the phone. I found another Law office and the attorney called me directly to schedule. WOW what a difference! Susan you need to learn what great customer service is or find a job where you don't have to deal with people over the phone.

Charles and his paralegals are incredible, Milissa is great!! The front desk attitudes could be better. But, most importantly, when you talk to your case assigned parallel, they are very thorough, kind and explain and answer any questions or concerns regarding your case. They never hesitate to help whenever needed. So five stars with a caveat that front desk could decide to speak to people more kindly. Thanks!!

The person who answers phones here is rude. Twice I have tried to get some information and she is not very helpful. She is more concerned to get you off of the phone than answer questions. Not the best first impressions when looking for attorney. Very condescending and unpleasant.

Terrible dishonest place, do not trust this person and his staff! You will regret the day you ever spoke to them! They don't listen to anything you say and then blame you for their problems! Go somewhere else, you will be very glad you did.
