We expressed if you were not the agents responsible for returning the security deposit we asked if you could provide the details of who was over the estate so that we could contact them. That’s all we needed!! You were rude, combative and condescending on the phone, we couldn’t get a word in over your arrogant attitude and rude behavior. Therefore this post is to express how we were treated by you and your office when we were only trying to get answers that we had legitimate reasons to ask. But your office Never answers the phone.
