I have had a case with this law firm for over six years at this time and they still have yet to complete my immigration case despite the fact that we were told that it would take roughly 2 years when we first started our case with them. During the two year timeframe that we were making payments to them we had regular correspondence, however, ever since we have paid them off, we have had a four year timeframe of playing phone tag with them. I only suggest this group if you want the longest and most drawn out immigration experience possible. Don’t even waste time trying to call the office, you are set on time limits by them however they wait days to return a single phone call. They repetitively claim they do not receive documents regardless of how the documents are sent and no matter how many times. I can personally deliver documents to their office and they will still claim they do not have them. They are incompetent and take your money but don’t do anything for your case with immigration.

Every time I try to talk to my paralegal, it's the same thing: they're never available. They don't respond to emails. I've already opened complaints and they don't resolve them. In the app to track my case, there are no updates and the emails sent by the app are recorded but never responded to.
