Thad is an absolute BEAST of an attorney! He got done exactly what I wanted done PLUS SOME. He was professional, knowledgeable, experienced, informative, and super easy to get along with and work with. His paralegal Heather was always on top of keeping me informed on my case, giving me updates as soon as she got them, and also extremely easy to get along with. Could not recommend them enough!
Thaddeus Martin Attorney at Law, situated at 3015 Bridgeport Way W, University Place, WA 98466, USA, operates as a legal practice serving the local community under the "Lawyers Near Me" category. The firm aims to provide comprehensive legal representation to individuals in University Place, Tacoma, and the broader Pierce County area. While the specific areas of practice are not explicitly listed in the provided information, client reviews offer insights into the types of cases Thaddeus Martin handles and the overall client experience.
The office location in University Place suggests a focus on serving the immediate local community, making legal assistance conveniently accessible for residents. The overall environment of a law office, while not explicitly detailed in the provided information, generally aims to be professional and conducive to sensitive legal discussions. The client reviews, however, provide a contrasting view of the firm's operational environment and client interaction.
One highly positive review describes Attorney Thad Martin as an "absolute BEAST of an attorney," highlighting his professionalism, knowledge, experience, and informative approach. This client found him "super easy to get along with and work with." The praise extends to his paralegal, Heather, who was consistently "on top of keeping me informed on my case, giving me updates as soon as she got them, and also extremely easy to get along with." This testimonial paints a picture of a highly effective legal team that prioritizes clear communication, client rapport, and achieving desired results, creating a positive and supportive experience for the client.
However, another review offers a starkly different perspective, focusing on an unpleasant experience with the firm's administrative staff. This client, a healthcare provider, received an incorrectly addressed subpoena and attempted to rectify the situation by calling the office. They reported that "The two ladies who answered my call was rude and unprofessional from the get go." The client and their retired attorney relatives felt that the staff should have been apologetic for the inconvenience caused by the error. This review raises concerns about the professionalism and attention to detail of the support staff, suggesting that while the attorney's legal skills might be strong, the initial point of contact for clients could be problematic. This feedback implies that the firm's overall environment, particularly at the administrative level, may not always be as welcoming or detail-oriented as clients might expect.
The juxtaposition of these reviews indicates that while Thaddeus Martin himself may be a highly skilled and effective attorney, there appears to be inconsistency in the client experience, particularly concerning interactions with the support staff. For individuals seeking "Lawyers Near Me," this feedback is crucial for managing expectations regarding initial contact and ongoing administrative communication.
Based on the provided client testimonials, Thaddeus Martin Attorney at Law appears to handle cases that involve significant legal matters where clients seek specific outcomes, often in challenging circumstances. While specific practice areas are not explicitly listed, the nature of the glowing review ("He got done exactly what I wanted done PLUS SOME") suggests the handling of complex and high-stakes cases. Common areas for attorneys described with such vigor often include:
The subpoena incident, though negative for the caller, also indicates that the firm is involved in litigation where subpoenas are issued, which further points towards practice areas like personal injury, civil litigation, or potentially criminal defense where witness testimony is sought. The focus on results and achieving client objectives suggests a practice that is well-versed in litigation and negotiation.
Thaddeus Martin Attorney at Law exhibits several features and unique selling points, largely derived from the positive client review:
However, it is crucial to acknowledge the contradictory feature concerning administrative staff. The negative review points to a potential weakness in front-office professionalism and attention to crucial details (like correct subpoena addressing), which could impact initial client perception and overall service quality. This inconsistency suggests that while the attorney's direct legal work may be exceptional, the client journey from initial contact to resolution might vary.
The promotional strategy for Thaddeus Martin Attorney at Law would heavily rely on word-of-mouth referrals generated by highly satisfied clients and the strong reputation of Attorney Thaddeus Martin himself. Key promotional elements would include:
While the firm would likely highlight its successes, managing and addressing concerns related to administrative staff professionalism would be vital for sustained positive public perception. Proactive training or process improvements could turn a potential weakness into a strength, ensuring a consistent positive client experience from initial contact to case resolution. Despite the mixed feedback, the strong legal advocacy described by one client suggests Thaddeus Martin Attorney at Law remains a significant player in the legal landscape of University Place and Pierce County.

Sep 20, 2023 · Madison BradfordYikes. I was delivered a subpoena after 8 pm last week. I'm a healthcare provider, so this scenario is something that I have in the back of my mind, so while it was surprising to receive this, I knew it can happen. However, upon closer inspection of the paper, I noticed that it was addressed to a doctor whose name was very similar to my maiden name but still different. My name also changed many years ago. I called the office to ensure this subpoena goes to the correct person and the case is taken care of for the sake of all parties involved. The two ladies who answered my call was rude and unprofessional from the get go. My father-in-law and his colleague who are both retired attorneys agree this was a pretty big mistake on their part and at the very least they should have been apologetic for causing disruption to our bedtime routine with my young child and for the inconvenience, and not be rude to the person who is trying to help them right the situation. I can't speak to the attorney's own skills, but I would be wary of trusting important legal matters with his team of assistants if they are not able to pay attention to such crucial details and deal with people with professionalism.
Feb 26, 2024 · SuzCall me back please, have left several messages the past few weeks about my case and have heard absolutely nothing back, what is going on?
Nov 06, 2024 · M Hcalled several times to discuss our case and finally got a call back. we weren't available to talk at that time but returned the call several more times and again, no return call. we didn't even get refered elsewhere. too bad, we happen to believe that this case could be a huge deal for those that are homeless in our community and possibly be what some may consider landmark. still looking for an attorney with big balls! harassment and discrimination is what we are looking at.
