Review for JASON BLONSKA– DO NOT HIRE! **DO NOT HIRE!** I hired Jason to represent me in my divorce case, and it was one of the **biggest mistakes I’ve ever made**. He failed to fight for my financial rights, ignored key evidence, and ultimately abandoned my case when I ran out of money. 🚨 **Here’s what happened:** ❌ He ignored financial forensic reportsproving my ex-spouse was hiding income and assets. ❌ He never filed for increased spousal or child support even when evidence showed my ex made over $1,000,000 in one year. OR LEGAL FEES LEAVING ME VULNERABLE despite me asking multiple times. I HAVE NO LEGAL REPRESENTATION AND STILL NO SETTLEMENT 5 years later!!!! ❌ He pressured me into taking a low settlement instead of advocating for what I was legally owed. I didn’t. ❌ He assumed I had a drinking problem instead of acknowledging my emotional distress despite me saying it’s not clear bias against me. ❌ He dropped my case when I couldn’t afford his fees leaving me financially stranded. **This attorney does NOT fight for his clients.If you want someone who will actually do their job and represent your best interests, DO NOT hire this firm ⚠️ I am filing a complaint with the California State Bar for negligence and misconduct. Jason Blonska came highly recommended to me by someone he had helped through a life-changing moment, and so when I faced just such a moment myself, I went to see him. My past experiences with lawyers had ranged from horrible to just average, so it was with considerable trepidation that I waltzed into Mr. Blonska's office one afternoon unannounced and asked to see him. To my surprise and delight, he not only welcomed me into his office, but proceeded to spend quite a bit of time with me, asking questions and getting to know my situation before quoting me what in hindsight was an extremely reasonable fee. For the next couple of weeks, he worked his rear end off to make sure that my premarital agreement accomplished everything I wanted for myself and my wife-to-be within the ridiculously short timeline I gave him. But he did so much more than that. He took all my calls or returned them quickly. He called me himself to touch base on any questions he had. He even worked on my prenup while proctoring an exam at Chapman Law School, where he apparently teaches a class or two in his spare time. Just as important was Jason's approachability and loyalty. I never doubted for a second that he had my best interests at heart and would bring his vast legal experience to bear on helping me establish a solid foundation for my marriage, one that both my fiancee and I could both be comfortable with. I read the one negative review about the Blonska firm on this website and what it describes is the opposite of my own experience. I would recommend Jason Blonska without hesitation to anyone who needs a family lawyer who is knowledgeable, hard-working, meticulous, relatable, ethical, empathetic, loyal, results-driven, and a true mensch.
