He told me the best thing to do was to comply with everything that they told me to do and don't be non-compliant with anything just completely cooperate after he told me not to cooperate for 3 months this case is still going on a year later Mr Branson was let go because of this when I asked for a refund of my $6,000 that I paid for his retainer he sent me back a check for $1,800 in an invoice that look like he was just trying to account for most of the retainer. I will be reporting him to the Texas bar and hopefully they will take his license so that he doesn't take advantage of anybody else.

They "CPS" didn't give the advait when i was served papers & still have not gave their discovery. My attorney has got it reset every time & I like that! I want him to know whats coming, no surprises! Also legally he is granted that & is saying legally im suppose to get this & have not. So until then i think its only fair, a reset!

I told my story and explained what CPS wants to do. I just heard silence? I said “hello” because I thought the call was disconnected but he said “I’m still here.” I said ok and waited for him to tell me what my options were but he just said “what do you want me to do?” I was done after that. Your services are not needed ✌🏽
