Do yourself a favor and hire Elisa Claro of the Claro Law Firm. I contacted Elisa after receiving an out-of-state ticket that may have come with a trial. All I can say is what a smooth, fast, friendly and overall very amazing experience for something that people hate having to deal with!!!! I am a driver from Toronto, Ontario travelling to visit family for Thanksgiving 2024 - I was driving over to NYC and was in Yonkers and I happen to be stopped by the State Trooper for speeding. The highway environment in the U.S. was quite different from what I was used to in Korea. While traveling with my family from New York to Quebec, Canada, I momentarily sped up to 100 mph to avoid a car tailgating me. I had no idea that speeding could be considered a serious offense. Fortunately, I wasn’t taken to jail, but I received 11 points on my license, which put me at risk of increased insurance rates and possible license suspension if I accumulated more points.
