DON’T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ!! I started my divorce process on my own last year. The other party has been driving me through the ROOF! To the point that I HAD to search for legal representation. I strolled through Google. Read soooo many negative reviews that I almost opted out. However, and I cannot make this up, I was driven back to this law firm by my conscious. I hired Fuller Law Group at the end of May and I can say that I’ve had more to come out of my case than I did from a year ago. Now although my case is not done, my attorneys have been HIGHLY communicative with me. Never having to wait more than a few hours to anything that I send or ask. Attorney Cam Brown and Marcia Guinyard have been very diligent in my case and even though it’s just the beginning, with this firm, I have finally been able to BREATHE. I will update once my divorce case has been settled upon, but for NOW, PLEASE DO NOT believe everything that you read. We have to remember that these attorneys cannot make magic happen, but when you work TOGETHER as a TEAM, your outcome is way better

This introduction will synthesize the details we have gathered regarding The Fuller Law Group, LLC, including client feedback, to help you make an informed decision about your legal representation needs.

The Fuller Law Group, LLC operates from an office located on Spring Street NW in Atlanta. This Midtown location suggests accessibility for clients within the city. The firm's presence in a commercial building indicates a professional environment for conducting legal consultations and business.

To understand the services and client experiences associated with The Fuller Law Group, LLC, we turn to the reviews provided by individuals who have interacted with the firm. These reviews offer contrasting perspectives that potential clients should consider.

One client shared a positive experience, particularly regarding their divorce case. This client initially hesitated due to negative reviews they had read online but ultimately decided to hire The Fuller Law Group. They reported having a significantly better experience compared to their initial self-representation. They specifically praised attorneys Cam Brown and Marcia Guinyard for being "HIGHLY communicative," noting that they never had to wait more than a few hours for responses. This client felt that their attorneys were diligent and expressed optimism about the outcome of their case, urging others not to solely rely on negative reviews and emphasizing the importance of teamwork between the client and the attorneys.

In contrast, another review presents a highly critical viewpoint, focusing on Attorney Sandra Fuller. This reviewer, who assisted their niece with a case, described a lack of professionalism and care exhibited by Attorney Fuller. They mentioned that Fuller's clients consistently give her low ratings, which they interpreted as a demonstration of her disregard for their well-being. While acknowledging that the law firm itself might not have a poor reputation overall, this reviewer believes that Fuller's actions significantly tarnish the firm's integrity. They expressed concern that the firm allows her to operate with what they perceived as callousness, suggesting she appeared more like a "swindler" than a competent attorney. This reviewer strongly encouraged others to read reviews specifically about Fuller's performance to form their own opinion and advised steering clear of both her and The Fuller Law Group, LLC.

This critical review further mentions that Attorney Fuller was reportedly disbarred in 2011 and pleaded guilty to nine felony counts of theft by conversion but was later reinstated. The reviewer states that numerous clients have accused her of professional negligence, highlighting a perceived lack of trustworthiness. Concerns were also raised about the law firm allegedly allowing her to practice at a subpar level, disregarding client communications, and refusing to refund unearned attorney fees. The reviewer concluded with a strong recommendation to avoid both Attorney Sandra Fuller and The Fuller Law Group, LLC.

Considering these two reviews, we see a dichotomy in client experiences. One client found the firm, particularly attorneys Cam Brown and Marcia Guinyard, to be communicative and effective in their divorce case. The other review raises serious allegations against Attorney Sandra Fuller, citing concerns about her professionalism, past disciplinary actions, and reported issues with client service.

For local users in Atlanta considering The Fuller Law Group, LLC, it is crucial to weigh these contrasting opinions. The positive review suggests that other attorneys within the firm may provide satisfactory service, particularly in areas like divorce law. The negative review, however, warrants careful consideration, especially if your case might be handled by or involve Attorney Sandra Fuller.

As Lawyers Near Me aims to provide comprehensive information, it's important to note that we do not have details on the specific areas of law primarily handled by The Fuller Law Group, LLC. The positive review mentions divorce, while the negative review does not specify the type of case involved. To understand the full scope of their services, potential clients should inquire directly.

If you are considering engaging The Fuller Law Group, LLC, we recommend that you: 1) Contact the firm directly at (404) 765-6445 to discuss your legal needs. 2) Inquire about the attorney who would be handling your case. 3) If your case might involve Attorney Sandra Fuller, carefully consider the feedback provided in the negative review and seek additional information or reviews specifically about her services. 4) If your case aligns with the positive experience shared (e.g., divorce), you might want to inquire specifically about working with Attorney Cam Brown or Marcia Guinyard.

The environment of the law firm, based on its location in a commercial building, is likely professional. Features of the firm, based on the reviews, seem to include varying levels of attorney communication and client service depending on the individual attorney. There is no explicit promotional information available in the provided text.

In conclusion, The Fuller Law Group, LLC in Atlanta has received mixed reviews. While some clients have reported positive experiences with certain attorneys, serious concerns have been raised about the professionalism and client care associated with at least one attorney within the firm. Local users should conduct thorough due diligence and consider these perspectives when deciding whether to engage The Fuller Law Group, LLC for their legal needs.

While assisting my niece with her case, I had the opportunity to witness firsthand the lack of professionalism and care exhibited by Attorney Sandra Fuller. Her clients consistently give her low ratings, which clearly demonstrates her disregard for their well-being. Although the law firm itself may not have a poor reputation, Fuller's actions significantly tarnish the firm's integrity. It is disheartening that the firm allows her to operate with such callousness towards their clients, making her appear more like a swindler than a competent attorney. However, I encourage you to read the reviews regarding her performance to form your own opinion. I assure you that after doing so, you will be compelled to steer clear of both her and the law firm she represents. It is alarming that despite being disbarred in 2011 and pleading guilty to nine felony counts of theft by conversion, Fuller was reinstated and continues to misuse her services. Numerous clients have accused her of professional negligence, further highlighting her lack of trustworthiness. This raises concerns about the law firm's decision to allow her to practice at such a subpar level, disregarding her clients' communications and refusing to refund unearned attorney fees. Please stay clear of both Attorney Sandra Fuller and The Fuller Law Group, LLC!

Dynsfunctional Sandra M. Fuller was disbarred in 2011 and was allowed to practice again after she pled guilty to 9 felony counts of theft by conversion. Fuller was sentenced under the First Offender's Act and later disbarred. After serving community service she was readmitted to practice law again, approximately three years ago. Since this time she has continued to MISUSE her services and has been accused of professional negligence by MANY OF her past clients, including myself. Please read all the bad Google Reviews and form your own opinion. I spoke to Sandra Fuller at length (consultation) seeking her professional services. She made her sales pitch about how she would represent me professionally and suggested strategies. I paid her suggested retainer fee the next day. A week after taking my retainer fee, she submitted her Leave of Absences to Dekalb County stating she would be taking various periods of leave from August through December 2023 for personal and professional reasons. She failed to communicate this information to me, her client of only one week! Had she mentioned her approaching leave of absences, I would have taken my hard-earned money elsewhere. She did very little work on my case, knowing that she was inexperienced in immigration. During a phone call she laughed about her staff not placing me on the court calendar, and that was the reason she had NOT responded to any of my telephone calls for two months! Due to her negligence, I have had to retain another attorney and I am out thousands of dollars! Notwithstanding my case sat dormant in the DeKalb County Clerk of Court's Office for months! She and her staff would lie to me when I called saying she was in court, she had been tied up with many cases, and had been unable to return my calls. Same lie; week after week! I was told that I would be placed on Fuller's calendar for a callback soon. This cat-and-mouse game went on for months. Finally, after 4 months of very little to no case status updates, nor callbacks for weeks and months at a time, I terminated our client-atty relationship after five months of unprofessionalism and no advancement with my case. Do yourself and your wallet a favor - - Please run, as FAST as you can, STEER CLEAR from this wolf in attorney's clothing! She is self-seeking and a rip-off! I am using these terms very generously! This has been a very emotional time in my life, and Fuller added undue emotional and financial stress on top of my already stressful legal scenario. Very disheartening, and criminal if you ask me. RUN! RUN! RUN! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SANDRA FULLER!

🚩MUGSHOT🚩 When Ms Fuller is SUPPOSED to be representing a defendant during a volunteer (court appointed) status at the Clayton County Jail, everything she claims is important is no longer a priority. If you're not a PAYING defendant (client) you are not a priority and assumed guilty because you can't afford an attorney. And your family will be dodged and ignored in the courtroom. I personally had to chase her to the elevators just to be shrugged off. She wouldn't even stop for a couple of minutes to talk to us. Ms. Fuller isn't someone I would pay to represent me, EVER !!! I wasn't surprised when I found out she has a🚩 MUGSHOT🚩 of her own.

Marcia and her associates helped me put behind a long, lingering chapter of post divorce headache. With stronger parameters and communication tools in place, I feel confident future issues are mitigated and I can focus on giving our child, rather than the other party, the attention any childhood deserves.
