Do not hire Mr. Gray. I hired him for a VAPO case and he missed part of the paperwork, said 10 words in court, argued the wrong point. My mother was being coached on what to say. Judd said she’s being coached, one time. My opponent said everything he argued three times and won the case. I was not able to see my elderly 94 year old mother for a year. She passed away a day after the VAPO expired 😭😭😭 Waist of money and time!!

However, it is crucial to provide an objective overview that includes all available information, acknowledging varied client experiences. The provided client reviews present a contrasting perspective to the firm's stated objectives and professional accolades. One review expresses significant dissatisfaction, claiming Mr. Gray "missed part of the paperwork, said 10 words in court, argued the wrong point," leading to a negative outcome in a VAPO (Vulnerable Adult Protection Order) case and the client being unable to see their elderly mother for a year before her passing. This review critically states it was a "Waist of money and time!!!" Another review, though less direct, implies a perceived shift in the firm's focus, suggesting Mr. Gray is "by no means the champion of the elderly and the abused in our society as he advertises for," and expresses frustration over unreturned calls when attempting to contact him regarding a case involving an elderly individual. These reviews raise concerns about communication, perceived attentiveness in court, and follow-through, particularly in sensitive elder law matters, and suggest that the firm's advertised advocacy for the elderly might not always meet client expectations in practice. This feedback highlights the importance of thorough due diligence and clear communication expectations when considering legal representation.
In conclusion, The Gray Law Firm P.S., operating in the "Lawyers Near Me" category in Tacoma, WA, offers specialized legal services in elder law and real estate. Judson C. Gray, with decades of experience and recognition as a "Super Lawyer," aims to provide direct and personalized legal counsel. While the firm promotes itself on its expertise and client-focused approach, potential clients should consider varied feedback regarding case management and communication, particularly in highly sensitive and emotionally charged matters, to ensure their expectations align with the services provided.

Feb 10, 2025 · Nancy LynchThere was a time and I'm sure that this will get no further than his front desk and that's why everyone thinks he is the best of the best I used to but actually he is by no means the champion of the elderly and the abused in our society as he advertises for. That was the woman I loved have you seen sir what she looks like now what they with your help have done her name is Beatrice Mary Gasman she is the epitome of my mother an angel that walked among us all she ever asked any of her children was to die in her own bed in her own home you Mr Gray it would seem by Court documents that in your infinite wisdom have made that nearly impossible it said leave an opinion well I've tried to contact Mr Gray but he seems not to want to return any calls so in my humble opinion there was a time I would have highly recommend him now I would try to find be a different attorney.
Jan 16, 2023 · Robert GasmanMr Gray helped me during one of the most challenging events in my life. I was overwhelmed, felt bullied and knew I needed someone that I could trust and would advocate for me. He sorted through the mess and as with most families torn up with legal battles (even worse, sisters) Mr. Gray calmly listened to the issues. I'm sure he earned his therapy license as well....
Oct 15, 2024 · Amy AsplundI support Blair Krause review this firm is not competent, an sends u a crime, an files it, charges rent while doing ur probate knowing ur the heir. They've almost ripped the family residence off, lacks insight, an is arrogant, an cynical, cause he's not well trained in law, an is a ruse. Lacks clear knowledge of probate law. His procedure is meaningless in times of mourning. Acts like a gangster! Darnell Otis McGary!
Jun 12, 2024 · Darnell McGaryI just had a consult with Judson Gray regarding the need to go to probate for the death of a family member. I honestly can’t comprehend how someone could be so rude when meeting with a a client in this situation. When he told us to sign a form and we questioned that form, he got positively hostile. When I said that it was rude, he told me “I must be TOO SENSITIVE!!!” He then told us to leave. I’m not exaggerating at all. I’m furious, mortified and heartsick.
