Among these is The Law Office of Ramon Rincon, situated in a key commercial hub of the city. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the firm, encompassing its location, reported services, notable features, and promotional insights, all derived from publicly accessible information and client testimonials.
The Law Office of Ramon Rincon is located at 6060 N Central Expy #306, Dallas, TX 75206, USA. This address places the firm within the North Central Expressway corridor, a well-known and easily accessible area in Dallas. Suite 306 suggests an office within a multi-story commercial building, typical for legal practices in a metropolitan environment. While specific details about the interior setup or facilities are not provided, the location itself implies a professional business setting. Clients would likely find a standard office environment suitable for private consultations and legal discussions, with general accessibility and amenities common to such a commercial complex. The building's presence on a major expressway points to ease of access for those traveling by car.
Based on information available, The Law Office of Ramon Rincon primarily practices in the area of criminal law. The State Bar of Texas profile for Mr. Ramon Rincon (Bar Card Number: 16933500, TX License Date: 05/13/1983) confirms his practice area as "Criminal." This indicates that local users searching on 'Lawyers Near Me' for assistance with criminal legal matters would find the firm relevant. While no exhaustive list of specific criminal defense services is provided in the given information, a criminal defense practice generally encompasses representation for various charges, including but not limited to felonies, misdemeanors, and possibly appeals, depending on the attorney's experience and focus. The firm's location within Dallas makes it a local option for individuals facing criminal charges within the city and surrounding areas.
The features of The Law Office of Ramon Rincon, as conveyed through client reviews, present a complex and challenging picture. One client reported a "disappointing experience" due to "unprofessional time management" and the attorney "frequently spoke over me when addressing questions." Furthermore, this client expressed concerns about a "lack of understanding regarding courtroom procedures, particularly in a local court setting." These observations suggest potential issues with client communication and procedural proficiency, which are critical aspects of legal representation.
A second, significantly more detailed review, describes a profoundly negative experience. This client alleges that Mr. Rincon, as a retained lawyer, "prosecuted me misusing the judicial branch," and was "overall not in favor of my defenses." The client further claims that Mr. Rincon "fully resisted my request for him to petition/motion, by amendment, the court for a bond reinstatement plus file a Writ of Habeas Corpus," and instead "drafted many files to have me convicted, placing a burden upon me." The review states that Mr. Rincon "abandoned and grossly neglected me and is a liar," and that he "ripped us off—Speaking to my Lady in support of us, more so to sternly disvalue representing my innocence—Retaining my ladies cash my family's cash, he still did not listen to us, and used stupidity, ignorance, plus unprofessional ways and means to have me wrongfully accused and eventually wrongfully convicted." These are extremely serious allegations, touching upon the very core of legal ethics and client advocacy, suggesting a significant breach of trust and professional duty from the client's perspective. The client's assertion that Mr. Rincon acted "under 'color of the law'" implies a perception of misuse of legal authority to the client's detriment.
It is also relevant to note information from the State Bar of Texas, which indicates that Mr. Ramon Rincon has had disciplinary sanctions. Specifically, there was a "Partially Probated Suspension" from 10/15/20 - 01/14/21 (Sanction) and 01/15/21 - 10/14/23 (Probation), as well as a "Fully Probated Suspension" from 04/01/98 - 03/31/03 (Sanction and Probation). These disciplinary actions are public record and can be accessed through the State Bar of Texas website. This information provides an objective context to the client reviews, highlighting past professional conduct issues as determined by the licensing body.
In terms of promotional information, based solely on the provided client reviews, there is a notable absence of positive endorsements that could be leveraged for promotion. Instead, the available information consists of highly critical accounts of service. Therefore, any promotional efforts would face the challenge of addressing these strong negative sentiments. Typically, law firms promote their successes, client satisfaction, and unique strengths. In this case, an objective introduction must reflect the verbatim client feedback, which does not contain any promotional material. The sheer weight of negative feedback, particularly the detailed account of alleged misconduct and client abandonment, would make traditional promotional claims challenging to assert without directly contradicting the publicly shared experiences.
The firm's contact details, phone: (214) 739-3185 and mobile phone: +1 214-739-3185, serve as the primary means for potential clients to reach out. However, given the nature of the reviews, prospective clients utilizing a 'Lawyers Near Me' platform would likely approach with considerable caution. Transparency about past disciplinary actions and direct addressing of client concerns would be paramount for any effective promotional or client acquisition strategy for this firm, although such information is not provided for this introduction.
In conclusion, The Law Office of Ramon Rincon, situated at 6060 N Central Expy #306, Dallas, TX 75206, USA, operates as a legal practice primarily focused on criminal law. While the physical environment is likely a standard professional office setting in Dallas, the available client feedback presents a concerning picture. Reviews detail issues with time management, communication, courtroom procedure understanding, and, in a severe instance, allegations of actively working against a client's defense, professional neglect, and financial impropriety. Furthermore, public records from the State Bar of Texas indicate a history of disciplinary sanctions. For local users on 'Lawyers Near Me', this information underscores the critical importance of thorough due diligence, including reviewing public disciplinary records and exercising extreme caution when considering legal representation from this office.

Feb 11, 2025 · Kiet QuachMr. Rincon, as a retained lawyer, prosecuted me misusing the judicial branch, I was the client, and he was overall not in favor of my defenses. Retained to represent my not-guilty plea--On the other-hand, the judge was, in the beginning with a court appointed lawyer, to my knowledge ready to hear me through some kind of Writ Writ of Habeas Corpus... cause somebodies in Texas committed fraud on the court through the judicial process--Mr. Rincon, by intent, fully resisted my request for him to petition/motion, by amendment, the court for a bond reinstatement plus file a Writ of Habeas Corpus. Not so much as draft defenses in my favor. Mr. Rincon rather threw me under the bus, as he drafted many files to have me convicted, placing a burden upon me. He abandoned the good/best 5 star ⭐ rating in my book. Hell, he abandoned and grossly neglected me and is a liar. Effecting my emotional and psychological well-being in a most hurtful and more negative way. Acting under 'color of the law'! In other words, he ripped us off--Speaking to my Lady in support of us, more so to sternly disvalue representing my innocence--Retaining my ladies cash my family's cash, he still did not listen to us, and used stupidity, ignorance, plus unprofessional ways and means to have me wrongfully accused and eventually wrongfully convicted. I am informing Mr. Rincon is , "Do not rip people off, just alter your response to say no, that way you're not greedy for your clients fee', taking money, cause you lack good thoughts for a better representation of legal defenses for the best interest of your client navigating through the Judicial imbalances."

Apr 09, 2023 · Kent Starr / Criminal Defense AttorneyI did not need help on a case, but he took time out of his morning to help me. I am a college student and was looking for cases to observe for a class. He walked me to each court room and helped me talk to DA’s asking when trials will be going on. He helped me gather a few cases that would be helpful for me to observe. It was very much appreciated.
