Reached out to Mr Marra's office to inquire on services needed regarding a living Will for my dad. Mr Marra returned called and advised someone from office would contact me to set up appointment and make a required payment of $100 to secure appointment. After waiting approximately 1 week for the callback, I called and followed up. With my dads illness and unexpected decline in health , I was in a struggle for time. Desperately needing a living Will prepared. Due to Mr Marra's busy schedule, an appointment could not be set prompt enough under the circumstances. Needless to say, my dad lossed the ability to meet Mr Marra due to failing condition. Ultimately and sadly, my dad passed away before signing off the legal document and all funds paid, ($1,565) were not refunded and/or partially refunded. So word of advice if using his services, plan ahead, consider the required time frame needed & ask questions regarding his policy if you encountering a similar situation as I experienced. I wasn't advised of the possibility of losing my payment if dad weren't able to finalize paperwork. I wish I had known. By the time my dads appointment finally came, my dad wasn't cognitively well enough to legally proceed. If there's one thing I learned about this situation, it's that at the end of the day, this was a business transaction for a service and nothing more. I was handling this matter with desperation & pain in my heart under the circumstances and Mr Marra was just doing what he was there to do, provide a paid service.
