I started a Reglan case with Mulligan Law Firm in 2008. They were then called Fox Law Firm. I was told in letters that I would receive $78,000 . In 2018 I was sent $20,000 which was to be deducted from my final settlement. . I was told that I would the firm hoped to send the final settlement by the end of 2018. I have sent certified letters through USPS, emails and I have called them almost every week day only to hear a woman's voice saying that I should leave my name, phone number and a brief message and that they will call me back. I do that. They have not called me back. Sometimes the "Mailbox is full." I would like to know of a way of contacting Mulligan Law Firm since Mr. Mulligan died last year which would lead to receiving the remainder of my settlement.

The Mulligan Law Firm Introduce

For individuals seeking legal services through the "Lawyers Near Me" platform, it is paramount to access comprehensive and objective information about potential legal representation. This introduction focuses on The Mulligan Law Firm, which has a listed address at 3710 Rawlins St #901, Dallas, TX 75219, USA. The firm's contact numbers are (866) 529-0001 (toll-free) and +1 866-529-0001 (mobile).

Regarding the environment of The Mulligan Law Firm, the address on Rawlins Street in Dallas indicates a professional office setting, typical of legal practices in a major city. Suite 901 suggests a presence within a larger office building. In general, law firms aim to provide a professional and confidential environment for clients, offering meeting rooms for consultations and a structured space for legal work. However, the operational status and accessibility of this environment, as suggested by recent client reviews, appear to be a significant concern. While the typical expectation for a law firm environment is one of accessibility and professionalism, the current client feedback points to severe issues that may impact the ability to physically access or communicate with the firm's personnel or office.

In terms of services, the provided client reviews unequivocally indicate that The Mulligan Law Firm has been involved in mass tort or class action litigation, specifically a "Reglan case" that commenced in 2008. This suggests a specialization in product liability lawsuits, where multiple individuals are harmed by a defective product (in this case, Reglan, a medication). Such cases typically involve complex legal procedures, large groups of plaintiffs, and significant settlement amounts. Historical information also indicates that the firm was previously known as "Fox Law Firm," which is a relevant detail for clients tracing their involvement. Beyond Reglan cases, other online sources for "The Mulligan Law Firm" (though it's crucial to note there may be similarly named firms in different locations) also highlight practice areas such as personal injury, workers' compensation, family law, and general civil litigation. However, based on the specific reviews provided, the most prominent and problematic service area appears to be the handling of large-scale pharmaceutical or product liability settlements, particularly the distribution of funds to clients.

The features of a law firm are often described by its communication, client care, and successful outcomes. However, the overwhelming and consistent theme in the provided reviews for The Mulligan Law Firm points to severe deficiencies in these critical areas. One client initiated a Reglan case in 2008, was informed of a $78,000 settlement, received only $20,000 in 2018 as a deduction from the final settlement, and was told the remainder would follow by the end of 2018. Crucially, this client reports sending "certified letters through USPS, emails and I have called them almost every week day only to hear a woman's voice saying that I should leave my name, phone number and a brief message and that they will call me back." Furthermore, they mention that "Sometimes the 'Mailbox is full.'" The most alarming feature highlighted is the complete breakdown in communication and the inability to obtain the remainder of their rightful settlement, especially compounded by the death of Mr. Mulligan, which has seemingly left clients without a clear point of contact or resolution.

Another review corroborates and intensifies these concerns, stating that "These people have ripped every client off from the Reglan Lawsuit they will not answer the phone calls and now have redirected the call to a gift card center which is a scam." This client’s mother was reportedly "granted over a hundred thousand plus dollars and never receive." The review concludes with a grave accusation: "This law firm has bailed on everyone with their money. No one will ever see this money nor be paid. Contact the Texas Bar Association and report them." These features, if accurate, represent a catastrophic failure in legal ethics, client trust, and basic firm operation. The redirection of calls to an unrelated "gift card center" suggests either a complete abandonment of the firm's responsibilities or a deliberate deceptive practice. The accusation of "ripping off" clients and "bailing on everyone with their money" indicates a systemic problem with the distribution of settlements, rather than an isolated incident.

In terms of promotional information, while a legitimate law firm would typically highlight its successes, expertise, and client satisfaction, the current public feedback for The Mulligan Law Firm presents an insurmountable challenge to any positive self-promotion. Instead of traditional marketing, the most prominent "promotional information" for users of "Lawyers Near Me" comes from the dire warnings embedded in the reviews. The advice to "Contact the Texas Bar Association and report them" serves as a critical directive for any individual considering or currently involved with this firm. Therefore, any "promotional" aspect must be viewed through the lens of extreme caution. While firms may historically highlight large verdicts or settlements, the current allegations suggest a severe failure to deliver promised funds to clients, which would render any such claims misleading or irrelevant.

In conclusion, for users navigating "Lawyers Near Me" to find legal representation, The Mulligan Law Firm, located at 3710 Rawlins St #901, Dallas, TX 75219, USA, and contactable at (866) 529-0001, appears to be in a state of severe operational and ethical distress. While they have historically handled mass tort cases, particularly the Reglan lawsuit, the overwhelming evidence from recent client reviews points to a complete breakdown in communication, a failure to disburse owed settlements, and serious allegations of financial impropriety. The reported redirection of phone calls and the death of Mr. Mulligan further complicate any attempt to contact the firm or resolve ongoing issues. Therefore, any engagement with this firm should be approached with extreme caution, and potential clients are strongly advised to consult the Texas Bar Association for information regarding disciplinary actions or further guidance before attempting any form of legal engagement.

Mulligan and Fox is the same law firm. If you Google them they are both at the same location and the pictures are the same. Also the pictures show a building that doesnt even look like it is open, and has no mention of Mulligan or Fox Law Firm. If I could give them zero stars I would. It has been over ten years since they have been on my friends case. They dont return calls, their voicemail is full, they have stopped sending out updates, but send out paperwork saying they need one more signature, the case has been settled and the money is there, but they are not releasing it. So instead of him having the money he needs, they are collecting the interest or using it to finance there next unnecessary vacation!

They refuse to answer their phones- and hold- most likely- millions of dollars of settlement money with apparently no accountability by Mr. Mulligan's surviving partners/associates or paralegals. The Texas Bar needs to intervene if it has not started yet!

Will not answer phone. Will not return calls. Still have not received settlement check in Reglan case even though we were told 4-6 weeks about 3 months ago when we received letter from them.
