Blowing off appointments is not a very professional thing to do. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Update: I received a call from Robert. He was very kind and apologized for the issues. We talked through my situation and agreed that I unfortunately don't have a case (even though I was wronged in my situation). He was very kind and understanding. I am still a bit frustrated at the situation from a few days ago, but he for sure helped make things better.

Mr. Thompson took my case after countless others wouldn't touch and I am very happy that he did. I am so happy about the outcome. The staff, like his paralegal Rebecca I believe was just top notch on responses.
