My former landlord Woodland Park Apartments in East Palo Alto did not process my move out notification and ended up submitting my account for eviction 30 days after I left. I contacted Woodland Park repeatedly before the eviction was finally executed by the sheriff but they never did anything to stop the court proceedings. In a last ditch effort I contacted the Law Office of Todd Rothbard directly to explain what happened but they also did nothing. Now, over 6 months later my landlord simply apologized and cleared the eviction fee because they realized their mistake. This does not help the fact that I have a false eviction on my record because Todd Rothbard Law and Woodland Park Apartments.
