He explained and had agreed to notify us of what charges would be prior to charging them and get our approval prior to taking the money from the retainer fee. 2 months later we didnt hear from Tracy. He said he emailed but we never received any correspondence from him. Three months later we still didt have a contract. And he said that the charges would be $2400. How convenient!
