Personally, I felt I wasn't taken seriously. I understand that there were many cases to deal with and I'm sure it's difficult to handle all the pressure and I realize the government is slow and sometimes their hands are tied, but when I would write an email, just to get some kind of explanation cause I was kept in the dark, no one would reply for months and I felt like I had to chase them. Also, there was an incident where I submitted all my papers to get a special permission to leave the country, waited a couple months and then contacted them to ask them for a receipt cause I realized they never gave me one, only to find out that they never sent it and therefore everything ended up being delayed and I missed a really important event.

Vardanyan Law Group Introduce

For local users in New York City seeking legal assistance, particularly in the complex field of immigration law, and browsing within the "Lawyers Near Me" category, Vardanyan Law Group operates from their office located at 18 West 33rd Street, Suite 420, New York, NY 10001, USA. Situated in Midtown Manhattan, this location offers accessibility for clients throughout the New York metropolitan area. The physical environment of a law office typically aims to be professional and confidential, providing a space where clients can discuss sensitive legal matters comfortably. While specific details about the interior of Suite 420 are not available online, one can generally expect a standard office setting equipped for client meetings and legal work.

Based on the limited information available online, it appears that Vardanyan Law Group may specialize in immigration law. One of the reviews mentions an initial consultation regarding immigration visas. Immigration law is a multifaceted area that can include matters such as visa applications, green cards, citizenship, deportation defense, and asylum. For local users with immigration-related legal needs, it would be prudent to directly contact Vardanyan Law Group to ascertain the full scope of their immigration law services and whether they align with their specific requirements.

Features of Vardanyan Law Group, as perceived through the lens of online presence and limited information, include:

Manhattan Location: The office's location in Midtown Manhattan provides a central and potentially convenient point of access for clients residing or working in various parts of New York City.

Direct Contact Information: The availability of a phone number, (201) 678-1806, and a mobile phone number, +1 201-678-1806, allows potential clients to directly reach out to the firm to inquire about their services or schedule consultations.

However, it is crucial to also consider the information gleaned from customer reviews when evaluating the features and overall client experience associated with Vardanyan Law Group.

The customer reviews available online provide a mixed perspective on the services and client care at Vardanyan Law Group. Some key points and concerns raised in these reviews include:

  • Perceived Lack of Attention: One reviewer expressed feeling "not taken seriously," citing a lack of timely responses to emails and a sense of having to "chase" the firm for updates on their case.
  • Issues with Administrative Processes: Another review detailed a significant issue regarding the alleged failure to submit necessary paperwork for a special permission, leading to delays and missed important events. This raises concerns about the firm's organizational processes and attention to detail.
  • Negative Initial Experience: One potential client reported a positive initial consultation but expressed extreme dissatisfaction with the subsequent lack of follow-up and communication after expressing a desire to begin the legal process. This individual felt that their urgency and emotional investment in their case were disregarded.
  • Allegations of Unprofessionalism and Lack of Empathy: The same potential client used strong language to describe their experience, alleging unprofessionalism, a lack of empathy, and a perception of being treated solely as a source of financial gain.
  • Dispute over Communication and Follow-Up: An "EDIT" to one of the negative reviews indicates a direct disagreement between the reviewer and the firm regarding whether any follow-up or offer of another consultation occurred. The reviewer explicitly accuses the firm of lying in their public response.
  • Concerns about Responsiveness: The recurring theme in the negative reviews is a lack of timely and adequate communication, which is a critical aspect of the attorney-client relationship.

It is important for local users to consider these firsthand accounts when evaluating Vardanyan Law Group for their legal needs. While every client experience can vary, these reviews highlight potential challenges in communication and client service that prospective clients should be aware of and explore further if they choose to contact the firm.

Currently, no specific promotional information or special offers from Vardanyan Law Group are evident in the provided data. In the absence of such information, potential clients should focus on directly engaging with the firm to understand their service offerings, fees, and client management practices. Asking detailed questions about communication protocols, case management procedures, and the attorney's specific experience in their area of need will be crucial.

For local users who wish to learn more about Vardanyan Law Group or explore their potential legal services, they can reach out using the following contact information:

In conclusion, Vardanyan Law Group is located in Midtown Manhattan and appears to offer legal services, potentially specializing in immigration law. Local users searching for a lawyer in the "Lawyers Near Me" category are strongly advised to carefully consider these reviews and conduct thorough due diligence by directly contacting the firm, asking detailed questions about their services and client care practices, and ensuring that their approach aligns with the client's expectations for communication and professional conduct. My initial consultation with Hasmik Vardanyan went well. She answered all my immigration visa questions and explained the process in a detailed manner and explained the costs. And I had hoped to start the process with her based off this. So I contacted them a week later to begin. I was told I would be contacted back ASAP. I waited a week with no response, so I called back and explained that every moment without my love is a moment wasted and I wanted to do everything possible as soon as possible. I was told there was an "urgent matter" that had come up and I would be contacted as soon as spossible. I again stressed to the person answering the phone that I wanted to begin immediately because I wanted to be with the woman I love. It's been a month with no response and I've given up. This law firm was more than happy to make a quick and easy $120 off me. Unprofessional and lacking in any sort of empathy. I was just money. They didn't even have the decency of returning my two calls. I guess when you make $120/hour, there's no need to do anything else for a person, like help them through one of the most difficult times of their life. You disgust me. EDIT(after their response) You could have just accepted what you did wrong, but instead you lie? It's pretty pathetic for a law firm to lie publicly in a google review, especially considering you didn't even address what I said in my original post. Who are you and how do you know what I'm talking about? I didn't retain you because you NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK. Soooooo you saying: "our team offered to schedule another consultation with the attorney to assess what happened and what services you might be interested in wherein the attorney would gladly provide another consultation in a detailed manner"......is A LIE! It never happened because you never contacted me back. So either accept what you did or remove your LYING response. Is there anything in the law about a law firm lying publicly about themselves and their conduct and being held responsible? Also your lie is grammatically incorrect, you switch between the past 'offered' 'happened' and then the present, 'might be interested in', instead of 'might have been interested in'. Also, 'would gladly provide' instead of 'would have gladly provided. So I say again, YOU DISGUST ME!
