I will start by saying, this was one of biggest mistakes I have made. I started this SSI fiasco about a year and a half ago. I am 55 and started having seizures, which they labeled as late on set epilepsy. Last seizure I had left me in a coma for four days. Anyway, at that time I was in a different state and started the SSI process on my own. Untill, I got to AZ and had been denied for a third time on my own. So, decided to get an attorney and chose Walner Law because I thought It would be an easy case for them and from what I had read would fight for you. Because all, or most or the leg work was done. All I needed them to do was present my case to the judge. Which is obviously, where this went south and I believe Walner Law fell short. First, I never even talked to any lawyer untill the day of the video hearing and for about ten minutes. The attorney they sent I had never heard of and the judge either. About twenty five percent of the hearing the judge couldn't find the guys paperwork to show he was even able to practice law in their jurisdiction. He had very little to say about my case during the hearing, because he had just gotten it a couple days prior. So, how could he? Anyway, when the judge denied my claim, they called me and said they don't to appeals. Which, I thought that's what you get a lawyer for. Apparently, I was desperately wrong. There is a whole lot more to this story as to how Walner Law showed no regard for my situation. Never looked at the facts. Just looked at the case and said there's nothing in for them! And promptly dropped me. I have never left one of these reviews before and don't know if this will help anyone. But I felt deeply betrayed by Walner Law and felt I needed to do something to keep other's from falling victim to Walnut law and there practices.

The provided information includes two detailed reviews from individuals who have engaged with Walner Law AZ, LLC for Social Security Disability (SSI) cases. These reviews offer direct insights into their experiences and perceptions of the firm's services. It is important to consider these firsthand accounts when evaluating Walner Law AZ, LLC for potential legal representation.

One reviewer described their experience as "one of the biggest mistakes I have made." This individual had been navigating the SSI process for approximately a year and a half prior to engaging Walner Law AZ, LLC after multiple denials. The client's expectation was that the firm would present their already substantial case to a judge. However, the reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction with the representation received. Key issues highlighted include the lack of communication, with the client stating they never spoke to a lawyer until a brief ten-minute interaction on the day of the video hearing. The attorney who appeared was unfamiliar to the client and seemingly to the judge as well, with questions raised about the attorney's legal credentials in the jurisdiction during the hearing. The reviewer felt the attorney had limited knowledge of their case due to receiving it shortly before the hearing. Following the denial of their claim, Walner Law AZ, LLC reportedly informed the client they do not handle appeals, which contradicted the client's understanding of the role of a disability lawyer. The reviewer concluded by expressing a feeling of betrayal and a concern that Walner Law AZ, LLC prioritized cases based on potential financial gain rather than the individual's situation, leading to their prompt dismissal as a client.

Another review echoed similar negative sentiments, stating that "choosing this law firm to take on my disability case was one of the worst decisions I've ever made." This client, identifying themselves as Stacy Selby, reported a significant lack of communication, alleging that the firm "hardly ever reached out" and "would never return my phone calls." Furthermore, the review claims that Walner Law AZ, LLC failed to obtain "important proof" necessary for the case, ultimately leading to a loss after two years. Stacy Selby explicitly stated that the firm "did absolutely nothing to help me win my case" and strongly advised against using their services for any legal matter. The reviewer also found it "strange" that only four reviews were publicly available for the firm at the time of their posting.

Based on these two detailed and critical reviews, it is challenging to objectively identify positive features or promotional aspects of Walner Law AZ, LLC from the perspective of these clients. The recurring themes in both reviews are a lack of communication, inadequate preparation for hearings, and a perceived lack of commitment to the clients' cases, particularly in the appeals process. These accounts suggest potential shortcomings in client service and case management.

The environment of Walner Law AZ, LLC, while located in a professional building, is not described in a way that offers specific positive attributes in these reviews. The focus of the feedback is primarily on the perceived deficiencies in the legal services provided and the manner in which clients were treated.

In terms of services, Walner Law AZ, LLC appears to handle Social Security Disability cases. However, the experiences shared in the reviews raise concerns about the effectiveness and client-centeredness of these services, at least in the instances described. The fact that the firm reportedly does not handle appeals, as mentioned by one reviewer, could be a significant limitation for clients who are denied benefits at the initial hearing level.

Given the strong negative feedback regarding communication, case handling, and client support, it is difficult to extract any inherent promotional information from these reviews. Instead, the experiences shared serve as cautionary tales for potential clients considering Walner Law AZ, LLC for their disability claims.

Prospective clients searching within the "Lawyers Near Me" category and considering Walner Law AZ, LLC should carefully review these accounts and potentially seek additional information or testimonials from other sources if available. The significant concerns raised about communication and the handling of disability cases warrant thorough due diligence before engaging this firm for legal representation. It may be prudent to inquire specifically about the firm's communication policies, case preparation procedures, and approach to appeals during an initial consultation to ensure alignment with expectations and needs.

In conclusion, Walner Law AZ, LLC, located at 20 E Thomas Rd #2200 in Phoenix, AZ, offers legal services in the area of Social Security Disability law. However, two detailed client reviews present serious concerns regarding lack of communication, inadequate case preparation, and a perceived lack of support. Individuals seeking legal assistance with their disability claims in the "Lawyers Near Me" category are strongly advised to consider these reviews carefully and conduct thorough research before deciding whether to engage Walner Law AZ, LLC.

I HAVE TO SAY, CHOOSING THIS LAW FIRM TO TAKE ON MY DISABILITY CASE WAS ONE OF THE WORST DECISIONS IVE EVER MADE, THEY HARDLY EVER REACHED OUT TO ME AND WOULD NEVER RETURN MY PHONE CALLS AND DIDNT EVEN GET THE IMPORTANT PROOF TO PROVE MY CASE AND OFCOURSE I LOST MY CASE AFTER 2 YEARS, THIS LAW FIRM DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP ME WIN MY CASE. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS LAW FIRM FOR ANYTHING. AND BECAUSE I WANT THEM TO KNOW EXACTLY WHO I AM, THIS IS STACY SELBY.
