Mar 20, 2025 · Jason PrichardLet me tell you, I’ve been crying in the floor for Joy for past hour, JOSHUA STOCK IS THE MAN, YOU HEAR ME, had a 98 in a 70, with a misdemeanor charge, with the penalties against me, I did NOT have to show up to court, Mr. Stock went on my behalf , very friendly and very professional and knows his stuff! I wish I could give him and the firm 6 stars if I could! Very easy and straight forward for what they needed from me, turned everything I needed in as early as possible, he went over everything over the phone and in person before the court hearing and he went to WORK, I would very highly recommend them and especially MR. He wasn’t concerned about the money but my well-being. He got the ticket dismissed with only $76 in court fees. This could have really affected me because I own a business. On the day of my traffic incident, which was the day before Thanksgiving, Weiland Firm was the only law office who took my phone call and talked to me for 30 minutes. I was truthful to Mr.Stock about what happened and what I did (that will be my biggest advice to any client, please tell him everything, otherwise he can’t fully help you). He gave me a comprehensive plan of action and things I need to do as corrective actions before we appeared on court. This really helped me get through the thanksgiving break without panicking. His recommendation for community service hours was very ambitious but I worked hard to achieve that, which tremendously helped my case’s verdict. He is good at his job and so is the paralegal, Katie. They are very prompt in communication as well.

Spent nearly 20 minutes advising me for free even though he was unable to represent me due to the distance involved.
