Jun 21, 2024 · Matt BooneI was looking up my business account information and had to place Richard Williams on mute because I had another call on a different line but still had the Bluetooth in my ear from Williams and Williams. Just as I was about to come back to the phone I heard him say I got this stupid man on the phone that taking too long to look up his check number. I confronted him about what he said and asked to be transferred to his supervisor and he transferred me to Dick Williams that asked me if I recorded the call and I told him no but know what I heard from Richard. He explained to me that Richard had been with the company since 1971 and was old and about to retire and I told him that was no excuse to call me stupid. I asked him if they were related and he told me no that it was a coincidence that they had the same name and that their boss or attorney as traveling and would be in this evening. I told him to have him contact me when he gets in and that I was going to contact Austell Gas and let them know what type of people they have collecting for them, which I am about to do right now. This is information for people having to deal with this company and I am afraid if he called me stupid then he might say the N word as well and I do not do business with people that call their customers names.
