May 09, 2025 · Daniel GotthardtUnfortunately, I was asked by an elderly, dying man to contact his attorney. I left 3 messages with his Secretary that he needed to see his attorney as his health is quickly deteriorating. Even the elderly man's sister told him his brother needed to see him ASAP. After a month, Mr. Withers has not visited him at the nursing home according to his client. I've worked at a law office with several attorneys and I'm happy to say Dunton, Simmons and Dunton's group of lawyers never did this. They were very respectful and professional in areas like this. A dying man's wish was considered priority, as it should be.
