I used to go to every court hearing in person before her, and Yona was the first attorney to negotiate with tenants like I would negotiate with tenants and I was able to stop going, and it's saved a ton of time. She's absolutely outstanding and she's the best eviction attorney in the state in my opinion. Happy to recommend her!

Landlords are always painted as the bad guys in legal matters even when completely following the law and the terms of a lease. You need good legal advice and to perform as the upstanding, better party in the situation. I highly recommend Yona and her team to get the right, fair outcome.
