Sets deadlines and misses all of them. No communication. Expect to work with a revolving door of different people because the person you were working with left, and their replacement can't answer any specific questions about the estate (when you finally ever get anyone to answer you). Zero empathy for the situation (and that they're prolonging it). Hired Zaremba the same week my mother passed to "manage" her estate in January 2022. Takes 2, 3 or 4 emails to get anyone to answer questions. Finally, they gave me a date of when my mothers estate should close (April 2023), and that day came and went without any communication from Zaremba. We're now 3 (soon to be 4) months after that date and the new "final" date (7/26) has arrived. I hadn't heard anything from Zaremba so I inquired about the status, and was only told after I inquired that there are other fees that weren't on final accounting (even though final accounting was already provided & shows those fees). So, another deadline that has come and gone and I was never notified proactively. Within this time, I have dealt with no less than 8 people on this -- some only lasting a few weeks. I was then told that the owners were on a 6-week vacation and just got back? Must be nice to leave your clients hanging.

Um, no. Nope. No way. We did the free "consultation" which was just Walt Xaremba talking about how awesome he is. No actual guidance or advice was given. He made all of our skin crawl and we were OUTTA THERE. We do NOT recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Zaremba and all of the folks who work there. I had an issue and we resolved it quickly and definitely to my satisfaction. Walt explained the legalities of elder law in terms we could understand and guided us through the process. He was recommended to us by a friend and I would, in turn, recommend him to people putting together their estate for themselves and survivors.

I was fortunate to have Mr Zaremba guide me through my first visit several years ago. I look forward to working with his staff to make any necessary updates in the future. I would recommend the Zaremba Center for anyone’s future planning.

All the details of our Living Trust creation at Zaremba Law went just as laid out by Walt. His office went above and beyond helping us with some unique stock option questions converting to the Living Trust. All under the original total trust package cost. Nice folks!
