Do not trust *any* deals you make with anyone over the phone. Keep written records of absolutely everything and be prepared for them to bring you to court. They are the absolute bottom of the barrel.

Instead i have to call (1) number to be transferred 3 times and sit on hold in the middle of my own work day where im supposed to be making the money to pay them. It’s like they make it super inconvenient to make payments so that you eventually default. Who wants to jump through hoops to make a payment? It’s 2024! GET IT TOGETHER! CREATE AN APP OR SOMETHING!

After home improvement work had been done on my parents home monthly checks for payments were being mailed out until an option for automatic payments via debit was finally available. However, abruptly and with no notification my parents account was deemed delinquent and sent off to collections with no proof that any payments were missed. DO NOT trust this firm or anyone associated with them they’re all crooks and DO. NOT in anyway shape or form have your best interest at heart if they even have hearts to begin with.
