I came to them after having to fire a previous law firm and I was feeling so hopeless and confused as this process was all new to me. The first person I spoke to (Jennifer) was just so wonderful and understanding and listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I later got a call back from their attorney Michelle Beattie who was not only understanding, but kind and knowledgeable. This incredible team of ladies held my hand through the entire process. Communication was outstanding, my emails, texts and phone calls were always answered in a timely manner, I always knew what to expect next, they were so well organized and I felt so secure that I was being represented by people who truly know what they are doing but also care for their clients. To say that they made me feel at ease with such a stressful process is an understatement.
