  • Gain a preliminary understanding of the legal process and potential strategies that Mr. Browning and his team might employ.

  • Inquire about their fee structure. For example, the review mentioning an estimated cost for a trust indicates transparency in pricing for certain services.

We consulted with Browning to have a trust written up. He went over the process with us, and gave us an estimated cost between $800-$1,000 which is the going rate for a trust. He said he would contact us once it was completed. Two weeks went by with no call/reply so I decided to call him. He said he was working on it and he may have to do some deed research (which didn't make any sense to me). We waited another three weeks never hearing back from him. I have no clue as to why because we figured that everything was ok and being completed. Although this happened to us, it doesn't mean it will happen to anyone else but we won't be using him again for anything.

Recently I had a Mortgage closing scheduled for one of my clients with Mr. Browning. It was a pleasure working with both Mr Browning and his paralegal, Paula. She was very flexible when we had to make some changes in our scheduling of the closing and was helpful in getting us needed documents in a timely manner. Mr Browning did an excellent job explaining the closing to my clients and was very efficient in getting the closing done. I would be happy to use his services again with one of my clients.
