Feb 19, 2025 · Chelsae DilleyI had the worst experience here I had called to ask if I needed to bring in 3 copies of the paperwork or one because on the procedures for notice of default hearing it says *step 3 serve one copy to the other party* *step 4 take the original to the clerk office* I was confused and called to ask what I needed to do the lady was super rude and then i called her out for being rude because I was just trying to get the information I needed and she was not be helpful at all and sounded really annoyed and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for her, we ended the call and I was then called from an unknown number I pickup and it was the same lady I called before and she just said “learn how to read” and hung up. Very unprofessional.
Apr 21, 2022 · addie camachoSo I’m at the courthouse today and I’m instructed to go to the east court and main court from the west court initially yeah I know confusing for someone trying to get to the law library but having to disclose I was carrying weapons and didn’t have a car to put them in. To spare all the details as im exhausted seeking help from such a broken and heinous system I wanted to tell the officer who asked me the same question three different ways after I had been on metro all day you look like a bottle of canola oil undesirable and nobody wants it. And yo partna look like pasty cake and I look like bean dip everybody wants bean dip. Why they keep riding by me like I’m the president lol
Jun 16, 2023 · Fern CarpenterTried to file some paperwork and needless to say I got zero help they did tell me to copy 1 full copy of the parenting time motion. Which is 30 pages than I came back and was told to copy 2 more. I'm ok with copying again but when I say the other person could've said something before. The new person who was helping me became rude and said he doesn't have to know that or tell you that. I mean not only was it rude but it underminds the whole situation how are we getting help if they don't even know what to do guiding us in areas which we don't even know may or may not be the right thing. And they are supposed to be the ones actually filing for you. Such a waste of intelligence for someone to explain to me their counter part can know less and get away with doing less and the citizens of phoenix are the only ones taking the hit. We struggle as it is we don't need someone underminding us nor do we appreciate being led on by people who are less qualified. We are not lawyers as you state yourselves we deserve better due process.
