They were diligent and creative in helping us with ATMOS and the City buying an easement for a pipeline and a corner of the property for a traffic circle. The legal issues they were helping me with took months to resolve and one of my family members who lives in Europe was also involved in the case. Clint figured out how to work with all parties including the family members across the ocean to come up with a positive resolution for all of us. In the beginning Clint clearly explained the process and continued to make himself available if I or family members had any further concerns or questions. Claire was outstanding. I'd call her several times a day with questions, she always answered the phone or got back to me on the same day. Same for Clint, whenever I requested a meeting, he made himself available within 24 hours.
