Drove an hour for a consult and THE CONSULT WAS BY VIDEO CALL in their conference room. I thought we were meeting a lawyer that had time to meet with clients in person. This is something clients should be informed of before attending. The lady that attended to us for the video call was very nice, but if I had known that's what it would be, we would have just cancelled the appointment.

Jan 25, 2025 · HeatherWe used them to apply for Parole in Place. The program was unfortunately canceled but they added my husbands DOB wrong in the USCIS system, when we went to the fingerprint appointment they told us the lawyer had to change that information so we called them and we were told they couldn’t do anything. When they canceled the program, we received an email stating they were looking at the cases to see if they could do anything else for each person that applied. We have not heard a single thing from them and we have been trying to contact them and receive no call back. My husband has tried to make an appointment and is told they will call him back. Very unfortunate that with all the money they took from us we can’t even get a call back or set up an appointment. They have been very unprofessional.
