For many individuals in Nevada facing a debilitating illness or injury, the inability to work can create immense financial and emotional strain. The Social Security Disability benefits program, comprising Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI), is designed to provide a financial safety net for those who qualify. However, navigating the application process, gathering the necessary medical evidence, and understanding the complex legal requirements can be incredibly challenging. In such times, many individuals seek assistance from organizations that claim to help with disability applications and appeals.
This article aims to provide general information regarding entities that brand themselves as "Disability Help Centers" in Nevada. While the provided information specifically concerns "Disability Help Center Nevada" at 3035 S Maryland Pkwy #200, Las Vegas, NV 89109, USA, it's important for local users in the Nevada region to understand the landscape of such services and to exercise due diligence when selecting representation for their disability claims.
The "Disability Help Center Nevada" positions itself as an organization that assists individuals with Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims in the Las Vegas area and throughout Clark County. Their stated purpose is to provide guidance on applying for disability in Nevada, offer free consultations, and potentially assign an SSI lawyer or advocate for hearings. They claim to accept clients at all stages of the process, whether at the initial claim filing stage or after a claim has been denied, emphasizing their knowledge of SSI and SSDI rules and providing what they describe as "personal and responsive support."
It is important to note that the term "Disability Help Center" can sometimes refer to advocacy services, which may or may not be led by licensed attorneys, or to law firms specializing in disability law. Their website states, "When you work with Disability Help Center Nevada, an experienced advocate backed by a Social Security Attorney Las Vegas or disability lawyer Las Vegas will navigate you through the tedious process." This suggests a model where advocates may assist with the initial stages, with legal representation by an attorney, if needed, for hearings. For Nevadans seeking assistance with disability benefits, understanding these distinctions and the level of legal support provided is key.
The Disability Help Center Nevada is located at 3035 S Maryland Pkwy #200, Las Vegas, NV 89109, USA. This address places the center in a commercial hub within Las Vegas, on South Maryland Parkway, which is a major thoroughfare.
The accessibility of this location can be a factor for individuals in Nevada who are dealing with disabilities, as ease of travel to appointments is often important. South Maryland Parkway provides good connectivity to various parts of the city, and the commercial nature of the area typically means there are public transportation options and parking available. Being situated in a suite within a larger building suggests a professional office setting. For local Nevadans seeking in-person assistance, the physical location could be convenient for those living in or near the central Las Vegas area.
Based on their stated mission and common practices for organizations assisting with disability claims, the Disability Help Center Nevada appears to offer services primarily focused on helping individuals apply for and appeal denials for Social Security Disability benefits (SSDI and SSI). These services typically include:
Their website indicates they accept clients at all stages of the process, from initial application to appeals, and their "exclusive focus on Social Security disability cases" aims to provide specialized representation.
Based on the provided information and common claims from similar disability advocacy services, Disability Help Center Nevada aims to highlight the following features:
However, it is crucial to address the significant concerns raised by the provided customer reviews. These reviews highlight potential issues that contradict the positive aspects a help center would typically promote:
Given these reviews, potential clients should approach this specific "Disability Help Center Nevada" with caution and thoroughly verify their practices before engaging their services.
In the realm of Social Security Disability advocacy, "promotions" or "special offers" are typically structured differently than in retail. For Disability Help Center Nevada, their primary "offer" is the structure of their payment:
However, it is vital to reconcile these advertised benefits with the negative customer reviews. While the "no win, no fee" model is standard, the reviews suggest that clients felt their cases were mishandled or neglected despite this structure, leading to a "waste of time" and forcing them to "start over." For Nevada residents considering their services, understanding this context is crucial.
For individuals in Nevada considering reaching out to the Disability Help Center Nevada, please use the following contact details:
It is always recommended to use direct communication to inquire about their services and discuss your specific needs.
When considering assistance for Social Security Disability claims in Nevada, local residents often seek a legal partner who can navigate the complex system with expertise and provide reliable support. The concept of a "Disability Help Center" aims to fill this role by focusing exclusively on SSDI and SSI cases and offering a "no win, no fee" payment structure, which is inherently attractive to individuals facing financial hardship due to disability. Their presence in Las Vegas aims to provide an accessible local point of contact for Nevadans.
However, based on the highly critical customer reviews provided, serious concerns are raised about whether this specific "Disability Help Center Nevada" is suitable for locals in their time of need. The testimonials describe issues such as a lawyer failing to appear at a hearing, a significant two-year delay in reviewing crucial medical evidence for an "end-stage" diagnosis, and a general sentiment of disorganization, incompetence, and unresponsiveness. For Nevadans relying on timely and effective legal support for their disability claims, these reported experiences contradict the foundational principles of reliable legal assistance.
While the premise of a "Disability Help Center" dedicated to assisting locals with their claims is valuable, the negative feedback suggests that this particular entity may not consistently deliver the competent and caring service that disabled individuals in Nevada critically require. When pursuing a Social Security Disability claim, especially in cases where time is of the essence due to severe medical conditions, choosing a representative requires careful consideration and verification of their actual client outcomes and professional conduct. Therefore, for Nevadans seeking crucial disability help, it would be prudent to thoroughly research and compare all available options, prioritizing firms or organizations with consistently strong and positive client testimonials that demonstrate reliability, thoroughness, and effective advocacy.

Feb 08, 2025 · Brooke EspinozaWe went to Disability Help Center to get help for my Wife's case in 2022. With her diagnosis as "End'Stage", The Help Center got her a Hearing Date in April 2025. We had all of the medical records on a flash drive in 2022, gave them a copy in 2022 and started the process where they take a percentage of your settlement if your case is approved. Today we had a pre-hearing call with The Disability Help Center and the Lawyer assigned to the case. Today the Lawyer said the records were "Too much to go through" and they cannot proceed. In other words they waited until TODAY (2 years later) to look at the evidence and see that the case is complicated and that they would actually have to WORK for their cut instead of just get a hearing date for the client. Something to the tune of 10%. At any rate this Lawyer must be DEI Hire. Considering my wife's condition is END STAGE, means there's not alot of time left and this place just took 2 years to say "It's too much to handle- good luck" I would have to say that is the most Unprofessional "Help Center" in Nevada- Now we have to start over - -
Jan 28, 2025 · Dave SchefrisDon't even bother calling for help if you are not their client because they will not help you and will just tell you to call SSA and we already know how that is.
May 16, 2025 · Lorna ValdezI'm writing to let everyone know how amazing the Disability Help Centre Nevada at 3035 S. Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, was to both myself and my brother. My brother George, was diagnosed with Glio Blastoma, a fatal brain cancer, during the week of August 26th. We were directed to reach out to Disability Help Centre that week. I called and were able to get an appointment right away. The first person that we met with was Samantha Raigoza who is a Disability Specialist. She was so amazing. She took her time to get all of the information required for us to apply for Social Security Disability for my brother. Such a caring and patient lady!!! Our case was then turned over to Yardira who was diligent and worked so hard to get the disability set up and pushed through for George. Unfortunately my brother went downhill so quickly and passed away on October 12th. His claim hadn't been finalized yet because of the short time frame. However, I received a call today (November 12th) from Thalice to let me know that the claim will be closed and that they were so sorry that he passed away before being able to get benefits. She was so sincere and helpful as well. The entire team at this location is hands down the best group of caring people working for you. My sincere thanks to these 3 ladies who were gracious and caring during the complete process!!!!! You can't go wrong with them!!!!!
