They file with the courts and don't properly serve you over 2 months later by shoving papers on your security gate... State of Nevada, they have to "ATTEMPT" to serve you... Then get permission to stick your summons out in the open for all to see... Unprofessional crackpots. I am glad that I have the dashcam footage to show where I found the paperwork in case they took photos to show they served the papers and lie about it. It wasn't even for me.. It was for my landlord.

The law firm uses a collection agency called Acctcorp of Southern Nevada that I believe is the same company as a way to use the credit collections law against people to obtain collections payments...very similar to ambulance chasers as a way of getting most of the revenue for the law firm. A very unethical way of running a business and running a law office. Unless you don't care about the type of representation you have I would be very careful using this law firm.

Trash Company doesn’t give much information paralegal is rude her name is KIM hung up on me after I was trying to get information in regards to my case called back 4 times to get pay off information and her rude self didn't answer take your legal services else where wouldn’t recommend them if that’s how they treat people trying to get information to pay off I can imaging having to deal with them trying to make a case.
