As far as I'm concerned, there's lack of professionalism, condescending, rude, lacks communication and refuses to acknowledge mistakes. I think the reasons he was able to help some people was because their cases were easier and just refuses to actually work. The staff are god sent angels, if it wasn't for them, I think the office would not stand.

To provide an objective overview for local users, we will consider the information available, which primarily consists of customer reviews.
Details regarding the environment of Evangelista Law Office are not explicitly described in the provided information. However, based on the client feedback, one might infer aspects of the office's functioning. One reviewer praised the staff as "god sent angels," suggesting a positive and helpful interaction with the administrative personnel. This could indicate a supportive and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff within the office setting.
The services offered by Evangelista Law Office appear, based on one of the reviews, to include immigration law. One client mentioned their husband's case and interactions with immigration services, indicating that the firm handles immigration-related legal matters. However, the full scope of legal services provided by the office is not detailed in the provided reviews. It is possible they handle other areas of law as well.
The features of Evangelista Law Office, as perceived through the lens of the customer reviews, present a mixed picture. One reviewer who had a negative experience cited a "lack of professionalism, condescending" demeanor, rudeness, lack of communication, and a refusal to acknowledge mistakes. This reviewer also suggested that the attorney might only be effective with "easier" cases and is unwilling to undertake more complex work. On a more positive note, this reviewer did commend the staff. This suggests a potential disparity in the client experience depending on the interaction with the attorney versus the support staff.
Another reviewer's experience also raises concerns about attentiveness and communication. This client was initially recommended to Evangelista Law Office and felt that they were attentive and provided good customer service at the beginning of their case. However, this positive initial impression shifted when the client suspected their husband's case was lost or never sent to immigration. Despite repeated calls over a year, they were eventually informed that immigration had lost the application, even though the client later learned from immigration directly that no application was ever submitted. This suggests a significant issue with case management and communication. The client also noted a lack of proactive updates from the law office, with the last direct communication with the attorney being in March 2023, despite the case still pending. This indicates potential shortcomings in keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.
Considering these reviews, it is challenging to identify clear promotional information that would typically highlight the strengths of a law office. Instead, the feedback serves as a cautionary note for potential clients. While one reviewer initially found the service attentive, the subsequent issues with the handling of their case and the lack of communication overshadowed this initial positive impression. The other review paints a picture of unprofessionalism and a reluctance to handle more complex cases effectively.
For local users of Lawyers Near Me considering Evangelista Law Office, it is crucial to carefully weigh these recent customer experiences. The positive feedback regarding the staff should be acknowledged, as it suggests that the administrative aspect of the office may be well-managed. However, the criticisms concerning the attorney's professionalism, communication, and case handling are significant and should not be overlooked.

Mar 15, 2025 · Rocio Reyes LuceroI was recommended to Evangelista by a fiend. As we started case I felt they were very attentive and explained everything with great customer service. Some how my husbands case was lost or maybe even never sent. I kept calling over and over informing them I had not received letter from immigration stating application had been received. A year later they say that immigration lost it. Mind you I paid the application fee of $930. They than tell me they have to resubmit the application. Between that time I spoke to immigration twice and they informed me an application was never submitted. Meaning it could have been sitting somewhere in their office. They do not ever call to update and inform you they are still pending. Last time I talked to attorney was when my husbands application was submitted for the second time March 2023. I have paid off the attorney and continue waiting. I feel they need to be more attentive on cases and have more communication.
Apr 21, 2024 · Marie UgaldeThe lawyer is serious. Some day he’s rude but he gets the job done! Within three months of going to him he finished my paperwork and doesn’t charge fully in advance. Great lawyer I really recommend him.

Nov 15, 2024 · Daniel TanoMy mom went to speak to a lawyer and she said that they were rude when explaining themselves. I do not recommend going if you expect someone nice to talk too. You guys are rude and deserve no customers. I hope you feel guilty for not treating my mother correctly when only she asked a question.
