absolutely the worst defense lawyer ever. he should have retired 10 years ago. took 10k from me for 2 hours work never explain a thing. can’t text or use emails never sent a bill. never explain a thing and took a simple situation and made it 10000 worse. definitely going’s to sue him for mail practice. he has dementia and it should be illegal for him to still be practicing. run as fast as you can. a public defender would be 10000 better. should have known how horrible he is when his office is on a dinner below where he lives with his wife. pure evil. 👿

Flamhaft Levy Introduce

For individuals in Brooklyn seeking legal representation and utilizing the "Lawyers Near Me" platform, Flamhaft Levy, located at 16 Court St #3301, Brooklyn, NY 11241, presents a complex profile based on available customer reviews. This office, situated in a commercial building in the heart of Brooklyn's legal district, offers a physical location for potential clients seeking legal assistance. However, the feedback regarding the services provided by Flamhaft Levy is starkly contrasting and warrants careful consideration by local users.

The office at 16 Court Street is a well-known address for legal professionals in Brooklyn, suggesting that Flamhaft Levy is part of the established legal community within the borough. The specific suite number, #3301, indicates a location within a larger office building, typical for legal practices in urban environments. While no specific details about the office's ambiance or client facilities are provided, potential clients can likely expect a standard professional office setting for consultations.

The available customer reviews for Flamhaft Levy present a dichotomy of experiences. One review expresses extreme dissatisfaction, labeling the attorney as "absolutely the worst defense lawyer ever." This reviewer claims to have paid a significant sum for what they perceived as minimal work, criticizing the lack of communication, failure to provide billing, and an alleged worsening of their legal situation. The reviewer goes as far as to suggest the attorney should have retired years ago, alleging cognitive decline and expressing intent to sue for malpractice. This highly negative feedback also mentions the office's location above a diner near the attorney's residence as a potential indicator of unprofessionalism.

In stark contrast, another review offers high praise, stating that the attorney "Saved me from 11yrs." This positive feedback highlights a potentially significant positive outcome in a serious legal matter. The reviewer also mentions an outstanding debt that the attorney did not pursue, suggesting a degree of leniency or perhaps a focus on the outcome achieved. This review paints a picture of an attorney capable of securing favorable results in high-stakes situations.

The extreme divergence in these two reviews presents a challenge for potential clients seeking an objective assessment of Flamhaft Levy's services. The negative review raises serious concerns about communication, billing practices, and the overall quality of representation. The allegations of cognitive decline and potential malpractice are particularly troubling and should be carefully considered. Conversely, the positive review speaks to the attorney's ability to achieve significant positive results, at least in one instance.

Given this conflicting feedback, it is impossible to provide a definitive assessment of the services offered by Flamhaft Levy. The "Lawyers Near Me" platform serves as a directory, and the responsibility of due diligence falls on the potential client to investigate further. Local users considering Flamhaft Levy should approach with caution and seek additional information from other sources if possible.

For local users in Brooklyn who encounter Flamhaft Levy on the "Lawyers Near Me" platform, it is strongly recommended to conduct thorough research before engaging their services. This research might include seeking additional reviews from other platforms, checking the attorney's standing with the New York State Bar Association, and requesting detailed information about their experience in handling cases similar to your own. A direct consultation, if pursued, should involve clear and detailed discussions about fees, communication protocols, and the attorney's proposed strategy for your case.

The negative review's mention of a lack of written communication (text or email) and the absence of billing statements raises concerns about transparency and professional practices. Clear and consistent communication, along with detailed billing, are fundamental aspects of a professional attorney-client relationship. Potential clients should explicitly discuss these aspects during any initial consultation.

The positive review, while impactful, provides limited context about the type of case or the specifics of the representation. It is important to remember that a positive outcome in one case does not guarantee similar results in others, as each legal situation is unique.

In conclusion, Flamhaft Levy, located at 16 Court St #3301 in Brooklyn, presents a complex and potentially risky choice for individuals seeking legal representation based on the available online reviews. The stark contrast between highly negative allegations and significant positive feedback necessitates extreme caution and thorough due diligence by any potential client. Local users in Brooklyn should carefully weigh the information presented and consider seeking additional information and consultations with other attorneys before making a decision. Contacting the office at (718) 237-1900 or +1 718-237-1900 for an initial consultation may provide further insight, but should be approached with a clear list of questions and concerns based on the available feedback.

Saved me from 11yrs. And I still owe him like a band and he never even bothered me for it.
