Terrible. This firm completes their work with sloppy copy and paste jobs from emails, poor communication issues, and lack of diligence on many things. I have filed court documents with a random name as the plaintiff opposed to mine. LOL - Which makes me question all the billable hours and excessive fees. I paid Rebecca 30k, and never met her in the timeframe of 6 months. . Their clients deserve better. I would NOT recommend. 0 Stars.

Mar 29, 2025 · Amanda JoleneWorst attorney I've ever worked with! Do not use! As a Realtor, I have worked with a number of attorneys in Las Vegas on probate sales. Never have I experienced such incompetence, zero sense of urgency and lack of communication. When the attorney had received all documentation required from the seller, she delayed for 2 weeks even filing for a court date. Prior to the actual court date and upon our inquiry about the buyer being present at the hearing, the attorney's office wrote to us that the judge was going to review the documentation and sign off so the buyer did not need to be present. What they did not share with us was that someone had filed to outbid the buyer. Thus, the buyer did not attend based on the attorney's email and lost the house to the new buyer. The attorney's excuse was that she had sent an email with a link to the court hearing. The problem was she did not notify anyone of the filing to outbid and just assumed everyone would know. The sad reality is the original buyer had waited 4 months for this hearing only to lose out on the house due to the attorney's lack of communication and all the while, housing prices skyrocketed. After the court hearing, she told us she needed documentation from the new buyers agent that they had already provided the prior week, so that was not true (we saw a copy of the email from when it was originally provided). After the judge approved the sale, the attorney did not even notify my client of the court approval. Then, the attorney told us for 2 weeks that she was waiting on the judge to sign off on it (I had other probates around this time and the judge was signing off within 2 days). In reality, the judge had gone out of the country and was not willing to communicate with us. She left everything up to her assistant who did not have an answer for anything. After the attorney returned from vacation, we discovered she had gotten the paperwork wrong on the filing as it did not match the purchase agreement, so she had to fix that and send it back to the judge. It was one delay after another and the seller (my client) oftentimes shared with me how it was next to impossible to reach or communicate with the attorney. After all was said and done, the attorney told my client that she could not get her money and had to go through another court case. I have never heard of that or seen that happen with any of my clients! It was the worst probate experience I've ever had and if you want an attorney who is competent and good at what they do and gives a high level of client care, do NOT use Fuller Law.
May 10, 2022 · Delinda CramptonRebecca Fuller and her staff are absolutely top notch in the work they do. But the best part about her practice is that she actually cares about her clients and their families. We are beyond thankful for all she’s done and my children and I owe the time we have together, now, to her hard work.
Nov 07, 2022 · Tito Carbonelli-HernandezI just got a call from this Practice and they were VERY rude and informal. The caller basically blah, blah, blah'd me even after I told them I was seeking representation because I felt like the justice system was already not taking my case seriously. He would not even allow me to finish my sentence without throwing out the $5000 retainer they need. I then said that other attorneys at least offer the opportunity for a consultation before being railroaded with a $5000 retainer fee. I do not recommend you even waste your time with these people. They made me feel like "another number" on their desk of files.
Feb 24, 2023 · Ethena SugriI’m very thankful for this practice and especially thankful for the owner Mrs. Rebecca Fuller for being absolutely amazing and taking the time to answer my questions and also taking her personal time for me to find a lawyer in my area that she personally knows. She has been such a light in my hard times and she definitely didn’t have to even deal with getting back with me plus finding someone to help me. She’s also very intelligent in this area. You will be so pleased to work with her no doubt.
