I hired Emily gause in Nov 2018 in order to get my car returned to me and possible criminal charged. Emily reassured me that there wouldn't be a problem getting car returned. Dec I received a message from Emily stating she filed papers on the forfeiture matter claiming everything including( firearms) I immediately called Emily asking why she would do that when I'm a felon. I told I wanted her to amend what she had done. And state that it wasn't to my knowledge that she did this nor did I ask her too. My first court appearance was Jan 2019 and Emily didn't show she had Andrea Kim filling in after that. I kept asking Andrea to supply me with copies of papers filed with court. And I wanted proof that they fixed the gun matter, I was never shown or supplied with any said copies or proof that they amended ownership of guns. May 2019 Andrea Kim called demanding more money or she was going to withdraw. I told he I wasn't going to pay her anymore til I had my car returned and was shown proof that firearms were removed from me claiming ownership. I asked if she would call or message me to let me know considering we had court Monday. She said she would. I never heard from either one of them and I never saw them in court either. She just left me high and dry. I hired new attorney and 5 days after hiring him he emails me a court doc asking if I was aware of this ? Looking at paper it's from gause law office dated Feb 2019 forfeiting my gray infinity. All this time they were lying to me they weren't fighting or doing anything about car cause Emily gave it to them without my permission or knowledge. Due to Emily gause and Andrea Kim I've lost my car and could possibly have additional charges because of there carelessness and incompetency. I feel like they took advantage of my lack of knowing the law. What kind of attorney would do that, aren't they suppose to help us not cause more damage. Malpractice at its finest..
