Definitely lack in professionalism (Krysto). Not only did he not ever call me to follow up after signing the contract to make them our attorneys, but after I called him more than once, he called while out with friends laughing and joking in the background while I was telling him I was in pain. He actually told me “all you need is an adjustment” and then said “the most they’re going to give you is ibuprofen”, completely dismissing my pain and definitely causing frustration with this so called attorney. I was hit while at a complete stop waiting on a traffic light, at full speed and still to this day have not seen a doctor other than the ER the day of the accident. But Krysto, the anttornwy who plays doctor, claims I’m good. What a joke of a law office. Glad I didn’t hire him as a doctor!

Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP Introduce

For individuals and businesses in the Los Angeles area seeking legal representation from a well-established and sizable law firm, Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP, located at 555 Flower St, Los Angeles, CA 90071, USA, presents itself as a significant presence in the local legal landscape. With a history spanning several decades, the firm offers a broad spectrum of legal services. However, it is important to acknowledge that recent online reviews provide a mixed perspective on their client service, which potential clients should consider alongside the firm's general profile.

Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP operates from a prominent address on Flower Street in downtown Los Angeles, placing them at the center of the city's legal and business activities. This location within a major metropolitan hub suggests a sophisticated and well-resourced environment capable of handling a wide array of legal matters. The physical presence in a key commercial area underscores the firm's commitment to serving the diverse legal needs of the Los Angeles community and beyond. While the specific ambiance of their offices is not detailed in the provided reviews, one can generally expect a professional setting typical of a large law firm.

As a large and established law firm, Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP likely offers services across numerous legal practice areas. While the provided reviews focus on a negative experience within personal injury, the firm's website (which is not provided but can be independently researched) would typically list their areas of expertise. Based on the name and general profile of similar long-standing firms, their services likely encompass:

  • Business and Corporate Law: Assisting businesses with formation, governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters.
  • Complex Litigation: Representing clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including class actions and multi-party litigation.
  • Insurance Defense: A significant area for many established firms, involving representing insurance companies and their insureds in various types of claims.
  • Healthcare Law: Advising healthcare providers on regulatory compliance, transactions, and litigation.
  • Construction Law: Handling legal issues related to construction projects, including contracts, disputes, and liens.
  • Real Estate Law: Assisting with property transactions, development, leasing, and land use issues.
  • Employment Law: Advising employers on labor and employment matters, including compliance and litigation.
  • Transportation Law: Handling legal issues related to the transportation industry, including trucking and logistics.
  • Environmental Law: Assisting clients with environmental regulations, permitting, and litigation.
  • Professional Liability: Representing professionals such as doctors, lawyers, and accountants in liability claims.
  • Appellate Law: Handling appeals of decisions from lower courts.

Given the limited and negative nature of the provided customer reviews, it is challenging to objectively outline the firm's features from a client satisfaction perspective. The reviews raise concerns about professionalism, communication, and the handling of personal injury cases. One reviewer specifically cited a lack of follow-up, dismissive behavior, and what they perceived as inappropriate medical advice from an individual named Krysto. This experience led to a negative perception of the entire law office. Another review simply stated that "Their lawyers are horrible," offering no specific details but contributing to an unfavorable impression based on this limited feedback.

It is crucial to interpret these reviews within the context of the broader legal landscape. Negative reviews, while concerning, do not always represent the entirety of a firm's capabilities or client experiences. Large law firms often handle a high volume of cases, and individual experiences can vary significantly. However, the issues raised in these reviews, particularly regarding communication and client care, are important considerations for potential clients.

As a long-standing firm within the "Lawyers Near Me" category in Los Angeles, Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP offers a local presence with the infrastructure of a substantial legal practice. Their likely broad range of services could be beneficial for clients with diverse legal needs or businesses requiring counsel across multiple areas of law. However, the available customer feedback introduces a note of caution regarding client service in at least one area of their practice.

From a promotional standpoint, it is difficult to extract positive attributes based solely on the provided negative reviews. Typically, a firm of this size and tenure might highlight its:

  • Established History: Decades of experience in the Los Angeles legal market.
  • Breadth of Practice Areas: Ability to handle a wide range of legal issues.
  • Experienced Attorneys: A large team of lawyers with diverse specializations.
  • Resources and Infrastructure: The capacity to manage complex and large-scale legal matters.
  • Downtown Los Angeles Location: Convenient access for clients in the legal and business center.

However, in light of the direct client feedback provided, potential clients should weigh these general attributes against the specific concerns raised in the reviews. The comments regarding lack of professionalism and dismissive behavior are serious considerations for anyone seeking legal representation where communication, empathy, and diligent follow-through are paramount.

For individuals in Los Angeles considering Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP for their legal needs, particularly in areas such as personal injury (given the negative review), it would be prudent to conduct further research beyond the provided snippets. This could include seeking additional online reviews from various sources, inquiring about the specific attorneys who would be handling their case, and potentially requesting references or a preliminary consultation to assess the firm's approach to client service and communication firsthand. While the firm's size and history may suggest stability and broad expertise, the recent direct client feedback warrants careful consideration and due diligence.

To learn more about the specific practice areas and attorneys at Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP, interested individuals can contact them at (213) 542-8000 or mobile phone at +1 213-542-8000. Their office is located at 555 Flower St, Los Angeles, CA 90071, USA. Engaging directly with the firm may provide a more comprehensive understanding of their services and client approach beyond the limited and critical feedback available in the provided reviews. It is essential for potential clients to feel confident in their choice of legal representation, and thorough research is a key component of that decision-making process, especially when faced with mixed or negative initial feedback.
