This law firm is absolute trash. Anna Hale the representative I worked with there took fives business days to provide me with a wire confirmation. She acted like I was bothering her when I called for an update and often took longer than 24 hours to respond to emails. When I asked that my concerns be escalated she never provided me with contact information for her management. They also started working on my clients file at the last minute and caused the closing date to be pushed back.

Jul 28, 2022 · ANTHONY KENTWe used Harry Marsh Law for a home closing. They are the most unprofessional and unorganized law firm we have ever dealt with. They constantly gave us incomplete or incorrect paperwork (CD) and also gave us the wrong closing disclosure at the time of signing. The paralegals were unprofessional and rude. We closed on a Friday and they didn’t get the filing in on time and couldn’t close until Monday. We are still waiting on our funds to be wired to our account and now it’s past 5pm on Monday. Do not use them if you want a timely and accurate closing. They are a complete mess.
May 03, 2021 · Jamie HarrisI've used Amanda at Harry Marsh Law for 9 transactions now and couldn't be happier with my experience. Amanda is a rock star who always helps me get to the bottom of my title questions and keeps my buyers and sellers on track for a quick closing. She's always responded quickly to any requests that I've had and this office has been one of the best! I've done about 70 real estate transactions in 9 different states in the past three years and can say without a doubt Amanda stands above the rest! Thanks so much for your continued support!
Jan 31, 2020 · Matthew BaileyThey handled the closing on my house. I was chastised for my punctuation in an email, made to feel like I was bothersome, answers to my questions were vague or ignored. Closing was pushed back from Friday to Monday, I was never given an explanation other than it’s the end of the month and we are busy... so am I! Finally signed paperwork on Monday, was told the funds would be in the bank tomorrow... well it’s 6:00 pm on Tuesday, the buyers have possession of my home, and I have nothing at this point! And when I emailed today, inquiring about my wire transfer, I was told she’s working as quickly as she can! Ok! How long does a wire transfer take exactly?
May 04, 2021 · Ric ShufordI've used this Law firm several times throughout the years, we recently needed a old lien resolved and got it squared pretty quickly. In my opinion i've always thought any closing attorney hasn't been to much an issue, i ask questions constantly and had good response rates. overall this firm is some of the best quality customer care & i've dealt with over 15-20 NC real estate attorneys. nice job, thanks to everyone working there! :)
