My experience with Jerome A. Hierseman, was in early April 2017. I was recommended to him by someone, (that will remain nameless), from Gruber Law Offices. The person that I talked to at Gruber, about my dealings with various medical people, mainly doctors, and one pain management place: "Advanced Pain Management", plus my first neorosugeon by the name of Dr. Lynn Bartl. Now I have to mention that I was not complaining about Dr. Bartl, but I was complaining about her office assistant/coordinator. This coordinator totally was diagnosing me over the phone, of which she had no business doing, besides not degreed in any medical ways at all. Now this started with me trying to get an appointment with Dr. Bartl, from early July 2014, until I finally over road this gal, and talked to another neurosurgeon, to finally get through and get an appointment with Dr. Bartl, finally on Dec. 30th, 2014. I had lumber fusion on April 15th, 2014, and I was getting better, until early July that year, in an area that was lower than my surgery. Keep in mind that this was my 2nd experience with lumbar, spinal fusion. The 1st one was in Jan. 2005. I had a number of points that I told this lady/person, about all of many misdiagnoses. One was with Advanced Pain Management. This doctor there totally misdiagnosed me from the time that I saw him. Which was from Jan. 2015 until Oct. 2015. He diagnosed me with "Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction". You would think that after 3 epidural shots into my sacrum area, plus a one week trial of having a neurostimulater, and that hurt me more than my original pain, that this "SO CALLED DOCTOR", would have figured out that my, sacroiliac joint, WAS NOT THE PROBLEM. After seeing a new neorosugeon in October that year, he saw right away that my problem was a "herniated disc, that was protruding out and pinching my nerves, and causing my low back/left leg groin area/ then down my shin. Fixed me right away. Now Mr. Hierseman's person that took my statement, and or him, himself said that he had a conflict of interest in Advanced Pain Management. He then pointed out in a 10 point letter to me, that there are no guarantees in back surgeries. Getting into the Dr. Bartl part. Well, I know that, since I previously had surgery on my low spinal area, and I was told that by Dr. Bartl, minutes before my surgery in April 2014. I talked to this idiot who took my statements over the phone, and either she, and/or Jerome Hierseman took, and twisted everything that I said, and it made me look like a complete idiot. I had more stuff that I said to them, that would take a number of pages to talk about them all. It was as if the lady that I talked to, wrote down every 5th to 10th word of what I said, because not one of HIS 10 POINTS, was anywhere near to what I said to this lady. She should have recorded the conversation. I know that she didn't because I was not informed that I was being recorded. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY TO ANYONE. Now this is a bit over 7 months, that this happened, but it set me in a very, very depressed, and digusted mood for months, to where I haven't contacted any other attorney, because I don't wish to go through this kind of PATRONIZING OF ME, AS BEING STUPID. Of which I am not!
