I have worked with Peter in purchasing a Condo. He really did such a great job. It was foreclosure and there was so many issues on the process but Peter and his team worked hard in resolving all issues. During the closing Peter did a really great job explaining all the figures listed in the seller and buyer credit. He was so proficient in understanding everything that was written in a minute. I haven't experienced such a detail oriented attorney. His charge was flat rate and fair for the job he has done. All in all He is such a sharp guy.
