Despite paying a consultation fee and receiving an enthusiastic initial email, the client reported "never heard from him or his office afterward" for over 90 days, despite multiple follow-up attempts via email and phone. The client ultimately had to demand the return of their documents and expressed that the "complete unresponsiveness is unacceptable and unprofessional."

I cannot recommend Mr. Taylor to any prospective clients. I paid a $200 consultation fee and had an initial meeting with him on January 10, 2025, regarding the straightforward preparation of documents. Despite receiving a confirmation email from him that expressed enthusiasm for assisting me, I never heard from him or his office afterward. Thirty days later, on February 10, 2025, I followed up via email, yet received no response or acknowledgment. After a few more days of silence, I called and learned from the receptionist that he was “very busy” but would get back to me. On March 5, 2025, I attempted to contact him again by phone and email, but once more, there was no response. I made one final effort on March 11, 2025, sending yet another email, and still received no reply. Finally, on April 4, 2025, I demanded the return of all my documents, which I received via email today. Throughout this entire ordeal, Mr. Taylor never reached out to me directly, and not a single person in his office had the decency to apologize for wasting my time or to address the 90 days of inactivity. While I understand that professionals can be busy, complete unresponsiveness is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Got my Reckless 82/55 (ALLEGEDLY) turned into a Defective Equipment. Best part was I didn't even have to go to court, Mr. Taylor represented me and provided me the outcome of my hearing. Too easy!! Just email them.

Office is super friendly & easy to work with. As someone who drives up to Virginia & back frequently (& especially as a native Virginian) I should have known better than to get caught speeding. But it happens. Taylor law firm was able to get the charge reduced. I had to pay a $181 court fee & take a driving class but no points on license as long as I did that. In the end, even with the lawyer fee, it's cheaper than getting the points on your license & having to pay more for insurance for years. The office made everything easy to understand & I didn't even have to go to court.
