Promotions or Special Offers

In the specialized and often high-stakes field of civil rights and police misconduct litigation, law firms like Kenneth Flaxman Law Offices typically do not offer "promotions" or "special offers" in the way a retail business might. The value of legal representation in these critical areas is derived from the attorney's profound expertise, fearless advocacy, and commitment to achieving justice for individuals whose fundamental rights have been violated.

Cases involving civil rights violations, false arrest, or police misconduct are often handled on a contingency fee basis. This means that clients typically do not pay any upfront legal fees. This arrangement is designed to make legal representation accessible to individuals who may not have the financial resources to pay hourly legal fees, particularly when facing powerful government entities. Prospective clients in Illinois are encouraged to contact Kenneth Flaxman Law Offices for a consultation to discuss their specific situation. They are pest worst then the creditors you owe. Constantly calling, emailing and texting even when you tell them you're not interested. I also told them to stop texting me yet they continue to do all above. Next, im filing a civil lawsuit for harassment.
