Does not appear to be a civil rights litigator, this may be a great criminal defense firm like all the hundreds of others in Colorado. This firm did some publicity work in the past for the sake of gaining trust during criminal proceedings, but does not actually appear to represent individuals involving civil rights. None-the-less, the people are not obligated to pursue their civil rights, they would not be supported while doing so in Colorado by this firm, so their reported purpose and cause are inconsistent with civil rights litigation. I wouldn't waste your time if you are a person, an individual, like many, who have had their rights violated. The news all reported that I had beaten a 71 year old to death, after a man's stroke being neglected killed him, I was shot at, my family were attacked and I was held in max sec prison for years without charges for imaginary homicide, never saw court, I am also a type one juvenile diabetic, I was never allowed insulin while being unlawfully held, my bones died, I was resuscitated, and then maliciously prosecuted by a slew of prosecutors and judges who only ever charged me for a false accusations of one count of identity theft, and looking to conceal offenses, they sentenced me to ten years in prison, which killed me again. This firm failed to act, because it's only an individuals rights violated. I remain in pursuit on my own and with no help from this firm or other so called civil rights litigators, that are actually criminal defense attorneys with retainers. Regardless, nobody will likely retain this firm for civil rights litigations, I am not trying to prevent people from trying, but would advise people to not waste their time. People with civil rights claims are better off litigating them for themselves.

Mar 22, 2025 · Edward HoidRaquel was absolutely amazing! When she called me to gather my statement pertaining to an employment discrimination inquiry, she was very attentive to my concerns. As I was explaining my situation, she had many follow-up questions to ensure that she understood my situation which gave me confidence that she was listening to me. She has the patience and attentiveness that I really need during this difficult process. This level of professionalism drew me in to express myself confidently. I didn't feel rushed while talking to her as i can tell she wanted to be as thorough as possible to get my story.
Feb 01, 2024 · Hair By KeshiaNot going to lie, being argued with about my own case by a law firm I'd expect to want my business is very off-putting. I stated I was uncomfortable sending documents electronically as I've had things get lost and never make it to law enforcement that way but despite me living one block over and the firm being referred to me by a friend who used to work there I was not allowed to sign or even provide materials stating my claim in person. I don't need an appointment, I don't need to sit anywhere in a lobby, I'd just prefer to hand deliver something to them myself to make sure it arrived as I would have intended it did. Still yet to receive that text message with the address in it where I can mail everything...good thing it's just a block over...
Mar 26, 2024 · J CIn 1994, David Lane, represented me against the Colorado Prison System for setting me up to be severely hurt. Recently while going through all the legal work from that case(93-n-2129), I discovered if not for David, I probably would have been set up to murdered by the corrupt guards & officials of that era. David fought for me behind the scenes like a pit bull. Thank you David! I'm humbled and grateful for what you did for me.
