If I could leave negative stars I would. Mr Hamilton is a money hungry lazy attorney that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I lost my case because he never vouched for me , sided with the other attorney the entire time , then kept asking for more money after he didn’t help me at all. After taking all of my money he recused from my case and didn’t tell me nor did he tell me when I had court next. Please what ever you do DONT go to him. He also uses god to get clients but it’s all a façade

This area often features a mix of residential and professional buildings, and while specific details about the firm's office environment are not publicly available, it can be inferred that the setting is designed to be approachable for clients. A legal office in this type of location would typically provide a professional, yet potentially more intimate and less formal, atmosphere compared to large downtown corporate offices. The goal would be to create a comfortable space where clients can openly discuss sensitive personal matters. The features of Kim Hamilton Attorney at Law, particularly the attributes of Kim Hamilton himself, are presented through contrasting client reviews. Some reviews highlight positive aspects, while others express significant dissatisfaction. One positive review describes Mr. Hamilton as "Very affordable. Nice Christian man. Helped me many times. Caring and kind." This suggests that for some clients, the firm offers accessible legal services, particularly in terms of cost, and that the attorney's demeanor is perceived as compassionate and supportive. The mention of being a "Nice Christian man" indicates a personal value that may resonate with clients seeking legal counsel aligned with similar ethical or moral frameworks.
However, another review provides a starkly different perspective, stating, "If I could leave negative stars I would. Mr Hamilton is a money hungry lazy attorney that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I lost my case because he never vouched for me, sided with the other attorney the entire time, then kept asking for more money after he didn’t help me at all. After taking all of my money he recused from my case and didn’t tell me nor did he tell me when I had court next. Please what ever you do DONT go to him. He also uses god to get clients but it’s all a façade." This review points to serious concerns regarding the attorney's advocacy, communication, and fee practices. Allegations of not vouching for the client, siding with opposing counsel, requesting additional funds without perceived benefit, and lack of communication regarding case status and court dates are significant red flags that prospective clients would need to consider. The accusation of using faith as a "façade" further indicates a strong negative experience regarding trust and integrity.
This dichotomy in client feedback presents a challenge for an objective introduction. On one hand, there are clients who appreciate the affordability and perceived kindness; on the other hand, there are severe criticisms regarding professional conduct and effectiveness. This indicates that client experiences with the firm may vary significantly, and potential clients should perform thorough due diligence.
In terms of promotional information, the firm's public image, based on the provided reviews, includes "affordability" and a "caring and kind" approach, as well as the attorney's Christian faith. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) lists Kim Hamilton Attorney at Law as an Accredited Business with an A+ rating, which often signifies a commitment to resolving customer complaints and upholding BBB standards for trust. This accreditation and rating could be a promotional point, indicating a measure of business reliability and responsiveness to consumer issues, though it doesn't directly address the specifics of legal case outcomes or professional conduct in court.
The firm's contact information is readily available via phone at (817) 920-0930 and mobile at +1 817-920-0930. This accessibility allows individuals to directly inquire about services and potentially discuss their specific needs. It is important for clients to utilize initial consultations to thoroughly vet the attorney and ensure their comfort level and confidence in the representation offered, especially given the mixed feedback available online.
In conclusion, Kim Hamilton Attorney at Law, located at 902 S Jennings St, Fort Worth, TX 76104, offers legal services in family law for residents of Fort Worth and the surrounding areas. While some clients have found the services to be affordable and the attorney to be caring and helpful, other reviews raise significant concerns about professional conduct, communication, and overall case management. The firm is BBB Accredited with an A+ rating, which speaks to certain business practices. For local users searching within the "Lawyers Near Me" category for family law assistance, it is advisable to consider all available information, including both positive and negative client experiences, and engage in thorough consultation to assess whether the firm's approach aligns with their specific needs and expectations for legal representation.

Apr 25, 2025 · Kianna ShawVery affordable. Nice Christian man. Helped me many times. Caring and kind.
Dec 16, 2024 · A FI lost out time and money with this lawyer. I had to terminate services with him because he wasn’t assisting as should be. My divorce caused me way more than was supposed to be, due to him filing incorrect paperwork and because he took his time doing nothing. He is very unprofessional and even left me outside waiting for him when he was supposed to meet me at a certain time. He always had an excuse. He would state that he was Christian and it is basically just for show exploiting Christ’s name.
Mar 13, 2024 · Teresa AlcalaTook care of my case, everything was explained thoroughly. Took my case to court and got my divorce very fast. Will definitely recommend him, thank you again!
Mar 27, 2023 · Lidia GuerreroDivorce is an emotional time, with that being said, my initial consultation was very cold unwelcoming. I sat there expecting the attorney to go over what they can do for me. Instead i felt like I was drilled. I wanted to burst into tears because of the lack of empathy this attorney was not giving me. I I choose this office because i't had a Christian symbol on they're website, don't let that fool you. I do not recommended any woman go to this office for any help. You want to pay someone who does have the decency to show you empathy for what your going through. My advice keep looking. This is the very reason I wanted to go to law school to help women who have to endure this type of treatment.
