If you're looking for the worst legal representation, look no further than this law firm—especially if you get Killian. Hired by my insurance company for a slip-and-fall case, they spent over a year stalling and dragging their feet to milk the situation. In the end, they settled the day before depositions, with a case that had no real merit. It felt like nothing more than a shake-down attempt. Great job providing the most unethical legal representation

Jan 22, 2025 · Ahmed MohsinHad the unpleasant experience of witnessing a relative be misrepresented by Attorney Sterk. He was confident in his ability to successfully navigate court proceedings resulting in no plea deals or jail time. It quickly became apparent that this was not his intention and the only thing he truly wanted was an end to the case. He never mentioned the business his client started, the completion of several courses to aid the growth of the said business, or the Government contract that was offered to that same business. I believe this would have spoken volumes in the court of law. He encouraged his client to take a plea and suggested he get his record expunged. I don't know anyone who would hire an attorney with this mindset going into a criminal case. Be advised that the verbiage and image may be on par but effort is something Attorney Sterk lacks completely!
