I have had the pleasure of working with Rick Poe and Lancaster, Trotter and Poe many times over the years. My clients and I have always received excellent service. They are excellent communicators. They are always willing to take the time to explain the documents to my clients and keep me informed on the process. Mr. Poe is very professional and does not hesitate to answer all questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend Mr. Poe and the firm. Rita Fleming - Johnson

Not as much follow through as one would want but just about as much as one can expect from an attorneys office. They were okay, closing was uneventful, but they missed something. Poe promised a refund and free will service to make us whole, but this commitment was not upheld and I've given up on the possibility of completion. After having to reschedule the free will service consolation, low effort and interest, I've given up on their promise. Isn't worth enough to fight for either. If you're good with okay for your legal work, you're in okay hands with Lancaster, Trotter and Poe. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Our company High Performance Real Estate Advisors has been working with clients to sell and buy for many years. We have used this office many many times and each time it stays very consistent. They are quick to reply to emails and almost always available over the phone. You cannot say that about all attorney's offices. Some rarely answer the phone because they are so busy. Excellent customer service. These attorneys and paralegals are very knowledgeable. Great location. Stand along building with ample parking.
