  • Real Estate Matters: Providing legal assistance for various property-related concerns, including guidance on how to hold title when buying property (e.g., joint tenants with right of survivorship or tenants in common). Her specialization extends to mortgage documents and resolving disputes over property transfer documentation.

  • Elder Law: A specialized field dealing with issues faced by the elderly. This area combines elements of adult guardianship, trusts, probate, and estate planning, ensuring the interests and dignity of older adults are protected, particularly concerning court intervention for guardianship or conservatorship.

Attorney Boddie was instrumental in helping to adjudicate a probate matter for several years ago. She was professional and caring. I would not hesitate to use her services again, should the need arise.

I brought her a cash buyer and she canceled on me while on my way up there after waiting and having him fly from Florida!!! When I called to convince her to meet me she blatantly ignored me and didn’t have the decency to answer to right after she texted me to say that we weren’t worth her time. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend. She has no relationship building skills and I am embarrassed that I didn’t have someone who could help me after all of this effort. If I could leave no stars I would.
