Then about 2 months ago i got a call from another paralegal, saying she was taking over because the lady i was originally assigned no longer worked there. The pain and suffering statement wasnt even looked at and my settlement ended up being 40k, leaving me with a little over 24k. What a slap in the face. How did it go from 200k to 40k?! Not only did the lawyer not call, but the company didnt aplogize or try to fix it at all. They could have payed my little bit of medical bills, waved their fee or at least lessened it. They just dumped it all on the paralegal. She had to break the bad news and work twice as hard to get everything settled as fast as possible.

When you email or call, they answer or calll back right away. They care-they want to help! Lisa Cunningham represented me-couldn’t be happier. My case went to court hearing. I was scared! Lisa talked to me,calmed me. When time came for court, I had a few jitters but felt so much better about it. And once in court, she was great!! I wouldn’t have wanted any one else with me!
