Feb 26, 2019 · Astrid MontaltaMy experience with this company has been terrible. I believe they are fake "attorneys" who I'm convinced don't even review your logo or wordmark before submitting it. My logo received an office action due to a simple, silly "no-no" that they should have known before even submitting it. I paid for the office action resubmittal, but when I questioned whether making a slight change to the logo would appease the USPTO, they have gone mute for 8 months. I believe they actually love to see USPTO office actions because it is an opportunity to make money when really an office action is due to incompetent people making the submission case - I received not one, but three office actions so far and therefore I do not recommend them AT ALL. I will hold them accountable if we lose the mark.
