I would like to thank the law office of LIVINGSTON DIMARZIO BROWN, LLP. Craig Livingston, Kenneth Kovalcik & Glenda Ubillus and staff. They were absolutely the best worked very hard for many years to settle my case against the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. I was injured back in 2013 working for the Port Authority. The Port Authority refused to admit that it was a workers compensation case resulting of work related injury and refused to pay for any treatment and out of duty sick days for over three months whatsoever. This case when on for 11 years with the Port Authority fighting every inch of the way. Refused to show up on court dates for 11 years. On 05/24/2023 the Hon. Maria Del Valle Koch, Director and Chief Judge of Compensation Order Judgment and approved settlement on the Respondent. In light of all the credible objective medical evidence introduced at Trial, the course of authorized treatment prescribed by the treating doctors, the opinions of the examining doctors, and the subjective complaints of the Petitioner, together with my experience as a Judge of Compensation, this Court finds, as a result of the compensable work accident of December 14, 2013, the Petitioner, has suffered a partial permanent disability of %75 of partial total, orthopedic in nature, of the lower back, neck and left foot. And the Port Authority appeal, the judge decision. And it went before the appeals court which was denied. Then they appealed it a second time before the Supreme Court and was denied once again on September 25,2024. So you can see all the time and hard work Craig Livingston (that showed up on court dates) and his incredible staff put into this case. And a special thanks to the Honorable Maria Del Valle Koch, Director and Chief Judge of Compensation. Truly Yours, Al Terhune

Oct 25, 2024 · Mamerto MoralesI was recently awarded a large settlement for a back injury and Frank DiMarzio represented me. I rarely post reviews but I really felt the need to share my wonderful experience. I was always wary of injury lawyers! Those ubiquitous TV adds with their slick catch-lines always put me off. But my back condition was getting worse and I new that I deserved compensation. A friend suggested that I talk to someone at this law firm. I went to them reluctantly and spoke to Frank and to his assistant Ines. I immediately felt at ease with them. (Nothing like the experience that I feared). What really impressed me about them was their willingness to explain all of the options relevant to my case. They were always warm and approachable and very patient with me. They guided me through the entire process and always updated me on everything! I genuinely believed that they cared. I'm sure there are many people like me who are apprehensive about taking leagal action - not knowing how to begin the process. My experiance with these guys was truely great! I got a bigger settlement than I had anticipated and really feel good about myself and I have Frank and Ines to thank. Thank you! Boris Rodriguez
Jul 20, 2022 · Boris RodriguezThe attorneys are very knowledgeable regarding workers comp cases. I dealt with Joe-An who was my attorney’s secretary she was very helpful, understanding and went above and beyond to make me feel better during this very stressful time especially due to the unusual circumstances dealing with this during a pandemic.
Aug 05, 2020 · Janice FornarottoMr. Dahzell was the 2nd attorney for my workers comp case after having a nightmare of an experience with the 1st attorney. Within months, he got my case settled even though everything was shut down due to COVID. He was knowledgeable, responsive, courteous and respectful. I highly recommend him as workers comp attorney.
