Apr 30, 2025 · Penny MP NevarezWhen this lawyer was managing my case last year, it was the worst I have ever been through. The staff was super rude, the don’t communicate and they genuinely don’t care about you only what benefits them. I would suggest looking elsewhere. I had to change attorneys for something to get done with my family case And to add on: they let a Drug user get time with a 2 year old on his own. I had to go as far as getting a private investigator to help out. Be safe everyone hope your case works out with the right support and lawyer.
May 15, 2024 · Andrea ArroyoI called the higher this law firm for a very simple matter as a modification to add a date for collecting medical payments and dental payments from my ex-wife. I was told they would still need consult for the lawyer to tell me what the Judge already told me what i needed. The young lady that answered the phone was rude. I even stated I just want to pay the retainer for the motion to be filed… simple… EDIT: is it also your policy, once a person states they don’t want to or agree to hire your firm to call them back, and tell them to “sit down and listen” why you try to explain something you want to, that they already didn’t agree to? Because I politely told the first lady I would consider it, and I was going to keep calling other lawyers as a comparison. but no, one of your employees wanted to call me back ask me what happened, and when I explained, then told me to sit down and listen to her. You can explain your policy, but I do not have to agree to continue into a contractual relationship. this is a fair review after being disrespected by two of your office employees!
Feb 07, 2024 · Michael RobisonMy divorce was a tricky one. Nora and her team went above and beyond for me. They made me feel like family and that I would be taken care of. Since day one they were very professional, courteous, respectful and most importantly caring. There is a reason this firm was selected in 2019 as one of the best firms in Texas to have represent you. I’m glad I did my research and that I trusted them with my case. Thank you Nora, Melissa, and Angie for all that you do for our communities. I don’t know where I would be without this beautiful team supporting me and having my back every step of the way! It’s like knowing you’re going to hit the lottery if you select this team. I’m glad I did!
Aug 23, 2023 · Jonathan MunozI remember using Nora and her law firm. Pamela (paralegal, who may not work there now?) was unprofessional and it sounds like things may not have changed. Pamela reached out to me months after my case was closed requesting me to write a good review on this page to help her. I spent alot of money where I did most of the work for them. All they did was file, I negotiated the terms...I obtained the documentations...i was the liason between parties. When i asked for help...I was told I needed to pay more than the retainer. All that was done for me was getting the judge to sign my decree in between sessions. Horrible communication.
