Wish I could give them a zero but I cannot. They were more interested in payment and talking about how he’s going to get paid before he shows any empathy for a person who is there to talk about his mothers will as she has terminal cancer and is diagnosed with 6 months to live if that. If you want someone who isn’t just after their own pockets then don’t bother coming here.

However, the provided customer reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the firm's client-centric approach. One review expresses significant dissatisfaction: "Wish I could give them a zero but I cannot. They were more interested in payment and talking about how he’s going to get paid before he shows any empathy for a person who is there to talk about his mothers will as she has terminal cancer and is diagnosed with 6 months to live if that. If you want someone who isn’t just after their own pockets then don’t bother coming here." This feedback raises serious concerns about client empathy, perceived prioritization of fees over client needs, and professionalism in sensitive situations. It indicates a significant negative experience for one client, highlighting a potential area for improvement in client relations and initial consultations, particularly when dealing with emotional topics like estate planning for a terminally ill family member.
In stark contrast, another review provides a glowing endorsement: "This establishment is very professional and friendly. We have used them for a new home and refinance and will make sure to use them again for all our other needs. Amazing team and always there to steer us in the right direction." This positive review highlights professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional service in real estate transactions, indicating high client satisfaction with the firm's guidance and results. The client's intent to "use them again for all our other needs" speaks to significant trust and a positive long-term relationship. The mention of an "amazing team" suggests strong internal collaboration and consistent support for clients. These contrasting reviews suggest that while some clients have deeply negative experiences regarding aspects like perceived empathy and fee discussions, others find the firm to be highly professional, friendly, and effective, particularly in areas like real estate.
In terms of promotional information for local users searching within the "Lawyers Near Me" category, Miller Scott Holbrook & Jackson would highlight their status as a full-service law firm capable of handling a wide array of legal issues. The positive testimonial about professionalism and helpfulness in real estate matters would be leveraged to attract clients in that specific area.
